Quick Easy Soup Recipe with Ninja Speedi Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup

It’s Ninja Speedi time! Here’s a simple delicious and hearty soup to try out

Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup Using Daring Chicken
**Recipe times are approx.
Daring Chicken- one pack, air fry, let cool. Cut into smaller pieces set aside
Set Ninja Speedi to Sauté (Air Fry switch)
Lightly oil, sauté chopped onions, cook 2 mins, add minced garlic.
Add in carrots and celery. Add chopped mushrooms
Seasonings I added while sautéing:
Smoked Paprika, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Trader Joe’s Vegan Chicken Seasoning, Parsley, Garlic/Rosemary mix
Cook until veggies have softened down
Add in broth and switch from Air Fry to Rapid Cooker. Choose Speedi Meal setting. (In addition to 32 oz veggie broth, I added in 2 tbsp Better than Bouillon veggie base and 16oz water)
Set at 375 degrees for 15 mins. At 7 minutes add in 2-3 cups pasta and a big serving of kale)
Once done, add in chopped Daring Chicken. Let sit for a few minutes… and Enjoy!
