I tried to pair it with my iPad but it doesn’t connect. I paired it with my iPhone with no problem. I think I paired it to the iPad before pairing it with the midi device so what can I do? I tried the “forget this device “ on the iPad but it still doesn’t connect to the iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks for the video. I am trying to send midi messages from the gx 100 footswitches to Loopy pro via the bluetooth dual adaptor but i cant get it to work. The ipad can send midi messages to the gx100 but not the other way, Anyone with advice/solution? Thanks in advance.
Hi thanks for doing this but I'm wondering if you might have a suggestion for my problem. When I open the app It ask's me to activate the BT on my ipad which I do and it ask's not to pair it yet so I don't.Then step 2 is tapping the BT Midi device below which I also and nothing shows up in the pop up box that comes up.Step 3 says select the device to connect in the box below and I press on it and nothing happens. the only thing I can do is cancel out. Any suggestions? What is this version 1.1 you refer to. Is that from the App store because I can't find it if it is from the App store or is that something yoiu have to download from Boss? Also at times it seems like the Ipad says the GX100 is connected but it is not communicating with the pedal. Thanks and help would be appreciated.
I've recently experienced this same BT connectivity issue. If I press the BT button while the app is open it will appear and then I press the BT button again and then it connects. I didn't do this when I first got it using ver 1.10. Go to www.boss.info/global/ to download and install newer firmware. I'm using 1.11 now.
Someone knows the reason why when I connect my boss gx 100 to the iPad 11 pro (4 gen) with usb, the iPad doesn’t recognize the pedalboard ? I use GarageBand.

Can the tuner function actually display Eb,Ab,Gb etc… on the display for E flat tuning?
Have you used it live? If you are going direct to the house without an amp, do you need a DI box?
Good question...So far I used it once live and ran stereo lines to the mixer. No DI box was used.

No. BT only connects to device to interface
The new ME-90 allows streaming of music via the dongle.
Can you connect BlueTooth earbuds to monitor yourself?
If not I would just make the headphone out Bluetooth using a 1/4 inch Bluetooth adapter.

You need the bt adapter andconnect via bluetooth.
Can I play backings tracks or songs using the Bluetooth adapter?
The BT adapter is for the Boss GX app only.
It can connect with music. You just press and hold on Bluetooth. then select bluetooth as audio
