Next episode is going to EPIC! I can feel it. What did you think about the start of the final season? Any Gendry and Arya fans? 🤮Lol, jk. Let me know your thoughts down below! Catch y'all in a few days for the Great War! 😏
I'm not going to lie, I didn't wanna see any Arya boobies, for Christ's sake🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️😅😅.. we've all watched her grow up on TV since age 11 or 12, I believe... it was cringe for me as well!!
If it makes you feel any better Arya's character but also the actress is way older than you think by this point even if she doesn't look like it. I mean we didn't need this in the show indeed, kinda unnecessary but this was indeed the only man in the right age that Arya trusted and shared some feelings towards because of their history.
There was always tension between Gendry and Arya. There was always love there. I knew it back then. When you rewatch you will see things you didn’t pick up on.
I feel Gendry and Arya's situation was inevitable. They do love eachother, not necessarily relationship wise (Arya's to much a loner) more like a best friend with benefits in a serious time of need. We all see Arya as being so young but shes coming of age and beyond mature enough. Plus in that time women Arya's age of 19 were already married with kids. Shes older than I was when I got married at 15. I didnt mind it, actually saw it coming. Peace
Except that it kinda wasn’t. It was unofficially the answer to why those whores gave him their time for free several seasons back. Nothings has ever been random. Ok well except the Starbucks cup that was random 😂
@@turnupthemike_*sings songs.in the books the song songs all the time. POD singing that song was very relevant. Please pleas release your reactions you cut. Jon doing his samurai stance in 6x9. Brienne being knighted by Jaime is easily the most wholesome and earned moment in the entire show for me. Amazing what they achieved with chemistry between these two characters!
not Hiss at the beginning 🤣 loved all the reunions these 2 episodes. Jamie fine as hell with a full beard and dark hair lol. i sense a little jealousy from Dany when Theon told Sansa he wanted to fight for them. she’s realizing she’s not getting the same devotion she got in Essos. also, Brienne getting knighted had me crying too! so deserved.
What I love about Arya and Jon is their true love for one another. They were both black sheeps. But they loved and understood one another, and Needle is a symbol of that. So when Arya learns to fight and survive with Needle, you know she was thinking about Jon. And when she was supposed to throw her stuff away, she just hid it because Jon. And when she was herself again, it wasn't real until she had Needle because its that connection to her family. So in a way, its like Jon was always with her as a guiding force and protector, like he always was. And we've seen the way Jon rides for his little sisters (or cousins, actually, I guess lol). That's why their reunion always hit me so hard
Bran waited for Sam to get the news from Daenerys about his family’s demise…then he said it was time to tell Jon. Sam informing Jon of his parentage when he was angry about Daenerys versus Sam not knowing about what Daenerys is capable of was definitely the effect Bran was counting on. I think everyone thought the scene between Arya and Gendry was the most cringeworthy scene this episode. All of us remember her as a little girl 🥹 Brienne’s smile was the best part of the episode 😁
I can't believe we're at the last season! It has been so fun to relive this show with you. I loved it to the very end and i miss going to work the next day for YEARS and connecting with random strangers over a shared experience.
Wow, did you peep Jon’s face when Dany said “you’d have a claim to the Iron Throne”?…he looked sad cuz I’m thinking he thought she’d react more to them being family instead of competition for the Throne, which he clearly will not want.
Cersei isn't having sex with Euron because she's into him, she's just manipulating him because she knows she needs him and his navy and she knows Euron wants to be King, so she's using that to her advantage but it's clear from her expressions that she isn't interested in him at all. She just turned away Jaime last episode, who is literally the only man she's ever loved. Cersei at this point is just thinking about herself, her unborn child and the war to come.
@@distantraveller9876 Euron's in particular is beyond terrible and nowhere close to the source's material Euron. Doesn't suit the character at all. And the writing is equally bad on his character unfortunately. It is what it is.
I do agree with you, everything seems so forced cause it’s rushed. The Daenerys and Jon plot is mind blowing (when you didn’t read the books/lore), Arya and gendry do makes sense when you see the hints but it’s just happens so fast (because of the time jumping issue) that it doesn’t feel like them and it’s so saddening, because the story in itself (at least as George R R Martin wrote it) is amazing 😭
Hey Lil Boo❣️Something reactors miss that is always kind of disappointing is that the opening scene with Dany & Jon coming into Winterfell is a direct call back to episode 1 when King Robert comes to Winterfell. Arya smiles at the little boy clammering for a better view because that was her in that episode. It’s a moment of reflection on how far we’ve all come. They even reused King Robert’s music. It’s one of my favorite moments and even though it was years later, we all still fanned out over it but reactors seem to miss it every time! Also, Cersei needs to explain the baby she’s carrying so it’s in her interest to sleep with Euron in this moment. That’s why the line about putting “a prince in your belly”. By season 8, we all have to accept that Bran HAD TO BE pushed out of that tower🤷🏽♀️ 😂 Brienne’s knighting makes me cry every time 🥹
@@mack_taylorI wasn’t talking about Bran’s CLIMBING. Arya started off climbing into a wagon outside the walls of Winterfell with a helmet on CLAMBERING for a better view before joining her family in the courtyard. Rewatch and report back 😉

I have my issues with the first 3 episodes of season 8 (I think 1 and 3 are mostly fine and I absolutely love 2) but it's really episodes 4-6 that I /haaaaaate/. I feel bad that the first half of the season gets lumped in with the second half because they're not even almost on the same level. It tends to lead reactors to come into season 8 and go, "I don't know what everyone's complaining about, this seems fine. I think people were just overreacting" just to get to episodes 5 and 6 like 😧
seeeee .. season 6 banger season 7 banger... first two episodes of season 8.. minus a couple amazing reunions and moments lots of "i dont like this ughhh what is this what is going on they aint in love what are they talking about" lol threw the writing out the fuckin window so rushed and no way of telling us that time has passed to explain the time passing.. so fuck the writing the story the editing just force it all as fast as possible... trash season.. love brienne getting knited tho
Interestingly enough, Euron is pretty amazing in the books. Very interesting and certainly not one-dimensional. Call it a bad casting choice with equally bad writing. They certainly did him dirty in the show that's for sure. This guy feels like an empty shell of a man, with too simplistic motives and absolutely no mystery around him in the show. It would make sense for Cersei to end up with the good version of such a man, but certainly not with the guy that is portrayed in the show. It is what it is.
I could watch Arya stab a man's eyes out and slit his throat. I can watch her wear a man's face as she proceeds to poison his entire family, but when she lost her virginity to Gendry I was like "No! She's just a baby!" 😂
I don't see anyone saying this and it's weird because it's actually so obvious. Cersei sleeping with Euron IS the most Cersei thing to do. Jaime has left her, which means that baby is about to be born not just an incest baby, but an incest bastard. She's protecting herself and her child by sleeping with Euron NOW so she can pass it off as his baby. Plausible deniability. It's why she looks like shes barely tolerating him touching her and talking about putting a prince in her belly - because there's already a baby there and she only fucked him because of that. Bad writing ABOUNDS this season, but THAT was one of the most realistic things that happened given the circumstances Cersei was in. Also, i believe Daenerys loved Jon more than she loved Drogo, but Jon always loved Ygritte more than he loved Daenerys. But thats just what the acting and chemistry ✨️gave✨️ for me. Also in the books at least, Gendry is only five years older than Arya, so in their world at least and the ages theyre implied to be now, it's not all that weird. It was just weird watching a character we saw grow from a little girl on screen become a sexual being.
yeah in retrospect i def agree about cersei and euron! but i'll never be a fan of the arya/gendry hookup. i would've been okay with seeing her be sexual with someone they developed her story and chemistry with.
To me the Arya and Gendry situation make sense. In the beginning she told him she could be his family and he said hed make her his lady. I could always sensed some flirtation. Did i like to see our little girl become a woman? Nah, im good. Lol. Love your reactions. I loved all of this series, be sure to judge for yourself. ♡
really? interesting. i never sensed anything because she was a little girl when they met and he was obviously much older than her so if there was flirting, that would be kinda creepy on Gendry's part but this is GOT world so likely not to them lol
