Simon Cowell's model worked pretty much only on One Direction. Dean was stuck in a contract where he couldn't write or release music he wanted to make and his fanbase died off pretty quickly. flash foward to a couple years adter x factor and he was pretty broke but finally happy making the music he wanted, thn his entire place was rbbed, all his guitars gone and he had to start all again on his own with no support from anyone from the pasr, other than the most dedicated fans who still follow his journey. I don't know for sure but I dare say it felt like freedom to break away from such an awful start to a career. Lots of similar stories with ex contestens from UK, AUS & US versions of the show. I just wish him nothing but the best in the uphill battle for creative freedom.

Its got something to do with the rights not being owned by Dean Ray himself, idk if they took it down outa spite or what, but the jist is the company that owns the rights took it all out.
