She reminded me, in that white hoodie, of a blessed child sent from Heaven to that stage to bring joy and love to the audience and everyone who watches. I didn't know who Allen walker was when I heard this I had to look him up and found out he was big time in Europe compared to Prince or MJ in the states,, but he knew of Angelina Jorden and invited her to open his concert at ten years old ,, she was sick fighting a sore throat and cold when she did these 2 songs she was over in that country to do a concert for the Noble Peace prize winners and she was really sick but refused to cancel and sang for them also. These two songs over there are extreamly popular over there , I see why with her version !!
The whole performance is magical. A beautiful build up with indeed a very calm majestic start. She, Alan and the band were incredible and the crowd so alive singing and clapping along with spirit. Her voice breaks a little here and there. That could be intentional or perhaps she was singing with a bit of a cold. Either way she sounds amazing. My granddaughter who absolutely Loves AJ can't listen to this song without crying. I finely asked why, and it turns out she was at a friend's house, and they watched Titanic and now every time she hearse this song she has the image of the mother tucking her kids in to bed to get them to go to sleep knowing they can't escape or even get up on deck.
