Wow, never thought I'd see such a complete shine. Looks like someone learned from Jason Dornstar out in Denver. Saddle soap... impressive. Laces out...conscientious worker. Didn't just give one or two cursory passes to the heel either. The total package. Bravo.

Now Chris, you know what 98% of the other shiners you've been to have been doing wrong....or should I say, are NOT doing correctly. Lots of brush work, proper cleaning, and plenty of polishing and buffing gives a beautiful shine. Only bad thing is.....now you'll be very disappointed in the other shiners you visit from now on.
This is the proper way to shine shoes, do more videos with this guy would like to see how your other shoes turn out. Better yet, bring him a Johns famous dog as gratitude :)

7! Because using spot removing liquid really dehydrates the leather so adding conditioner is a must. Sorry sir.
