Ever tried to make your Mochachos-inspired burgers? I got you! Try this one

One of my most favourite easy recipes to make is this one, and trust me, no matter what other one you try, this is THEEEEE one that comes closest.
How can a recipe THIS simple be so good? I honestly don’t know BUT it just is! Some things don’t need to be complicated, they are just right at its simplest.
Easy Mochachos-inspired chicken burgers by @fehmz
Marinate 4 butterflied chicken fillets (tenderise them to even out the thickness) with garlic and salt, leave for a few hours or overnight.
Get your burger things ready, onion, lettuce, mayo, cheese, tomato, nachos, guac, anything you like.
When it’s time to make your burgers, fire up the grill or a cast iron skillet, drizzle with some oil and place your fillets down. Let it turn colour, flip then start sprinkling with your dry Mochachos spice.
I use the @aweh_foods one but you can also use the @spice_girlsinc one or any other dry spice you like.
Drizzle with a little oil, turn over and sprinkle again.
Assemble your burger and TRUST me….this is the one!
