I agree with MW being very very fun. Never have I decided to main-let alone try healing in end-game content (anxiety of other players relying on me to keep them alive), until this season. For the first time ever, as of yesterday, I started pushing 20s with high confidence (the highest I’ve ever done keys so far). 😁
Tbh Holy (Priest) feels even better this tier than last! Plus the buffs they just got last week make them feel actually worth playing in M+ as well! I still prefer Disc, but it's surprising how fun Holy is. It's even more surprising how much damage they do in M+, omfg. I've been bursting for over 200k with Empyreal Blaze, it's NUTS.
Mw is insanely fun. Just picked it up with the boost this patch and ive already got all the keystone portals with it, almost beating my main in ilvl, and i have an absolute blast playing it. It feels like its just never runs out of buttons in any scenario. insane burst healing, insane sustain healing, literally 0 mana issues, a low cd kick, instant ranged cc, mass dispel, ring of peace, good damage, great mobility, root break, crazy defensives, insane instant self healing, aoe stun. Its just crazy how much mistweaver has.
Evoker is so fun, so many different ways to play it and optimize it, plus do damage and you get Augmentation as offspec. Plus in RBGs is super fun and useful
Mistwaver really is gigafun in dragonflight, and now that it can also heal its not just fun but useful too. Its so cool you do some melee healing , roll out range heal , roll back in, just so smooth. For some extra fun: talent your 3 rolls and put it on a mouse button xd Always been a disc main but they making disc a bit too simple:/
I completely agree with this tier list! This is the first tier I’ve ever played Disc and MW and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had healing. Mistweaver especially took me by surprise because I’ve never taken the time to learn it but I’m so glad I did because it’s SO much fun.
I been playing 4 healers this season and Evoker has been by far the most fun so far ! followed by monk due to the versatility of it, buuut it's compeltely different gameplays for the different scenarios: PvP, M+, Raid so it can be difficult to learn
I recently went back to healers after a while and im enjoying Holy priest a lot, it's what a i want for a healer, people dropping and im casting to heal them. I also tried monk but way too much pressure on my wrist to keep playing.
Disc is SO MUCH more accessible. I got to 2.9k rating S2 and S3 because of it. The schism & mind bender changes got rid of so much unnecessary button bloat.
I tune in each video just to see that epic chair destruction at the start. last one was an explosion, this one the shammy earthquake. One of these days that chair gonna break, if it does while recordig you better show us
I am really enjoying Disc and HPala this season. I switched from my S2 main-Rdruid. I just REALLY don't enjoy the trend healing style. Especially since I cant control how gets the focused healing other than the swift mends. If the healing was smarter I think it would be a good talent. Disc priest wishlist- MAKE UPPIES A GOOD SPELL! Make it an AOE heal rather than a targeted one and make it so it has a z-axis ( ex if you cast uppies while soaking orbs on Rise-Dios boss, the orb will slam on the ground) The z-axis rules seems to be not really consistent so hard to time using a 4 minute CD. I love the idea of it though.
I agree that MW is really fun & it is topping the meta charts right now. Idk about in M+, but Yulon ramp is going crazy in Amirdrassil. Yulon MW is hitting the highest healer dps & 2nd highest hps.
I am enjoying both my retro druid and disc priest... I like how different they are. My monk I have been running as DPS... but tempted frequently to try healing on it.
Holy Paladin was most fun for me when we stood in the back doing casted heals, Light of Dawn was still 40-yards in a cone, and your damage was from one spell called Exorcism. 😂
They want to force pally to play the melee healer and use casting as filler. I do the exact opposite. I primarily use the casted heals andholy shock, word of glory, etc and I fill in with the melee stuff when I have time/feel like it. Works just fine for me. Of course I don't do Mythic content so there's that. Still I find it a LOT more fun and hope they get pally to a place where the casting model is a solid option.
I definitely am the same way but I think I’m going to step out of my comfort zone and try to get good at it. I’ve never played pally so I know it’ll take some time especially coming from a resto Druid for years.
I always wait Tier Liest Fridays for when I finish working out. It became like a ritual for me lolo. Good content. You could make longer TLF videos tho, this one was too short. For example, make one of the most fun classes, but with all classes. My favorites are those with all dps, melee, and ranged. Fun stuff. Anyways, good job.
Only do m+. I enjoyed disc while I mastered it. Only issue I found was it quickly became boring. Not much utility no kick etc, also not a fan of it now vs last season. I actually enjoyed all the buttons to ramp for big damage hits.
Holy priest always gets shit on. My priest is consistently number one heals in my mythic raiding guild. And I’ve gotten a 3250 IO score, not bad for the worst healer
As a Priest player since Pandaria, this expansion I have been feeling miserable with healing. Cherry on top? I loved playing Holy Priest and hate Disc., I just can't find the click on it even when I can pump stupid numbers with it
If i want to do damage as a healer i just relog to my mage/hunter/etc or just swap to a cat or moonk and play damage dealer. Me personally as a long time healer main hate the concept of dealing damage as a healer. Why should i? I play healer because i like to heal, really. Not throwing a single moonfire and doing 26s
Idk exactly what you mean by "bursty" but if you mean a reactive healer who heals after damage is done (as opposed to the proactive druid who heals before dmg is done), I would say hpal or resto shammy. Holy paladin are a better at spot healing & saving the tank whereas resto shammy have more 'save the raid' buttons. Also, hpal have a battle rez but resto shammy have a self-rez... both come in handy but I'd say the battle rez is better for a skilled player while the self rez is better for an inexperienced player.
Hpal is the most fun i've ever had healing since 10.1.5 rework, and i'm in the opposite team of you guys, the less I cast the better I feel, I really hope they'll never bring back casting holy paladin!
I’m gonna be honest maybe you don’t like preservation because it didn’t click with you? I play all the healer and it is easily my favorite rotational and major CDs and ramp up
Mistweaver was always this fun, the gameplay barely changed, it just fucking sucked. So now that it pumps it actually feels good to play and is able to showcase its strengths.
Doesn’t like holy pally because not casty enough-enter holy priest doesn’t like because it cast (wards are on demand more or less-loves mw (me too)but doesn’t cast alot 🗿
"One of the better iterations in terms of fun"...... You're kidding right?! Tell me you don't play Holy Paladin without telling me you don't play it. Holy Paladin is a car crash atm and they've completely ruined the rework, it's plays nothing like last tier. The most optimal way of playing Hpal atm is stand there cast Holy Shock and cast Flash based on infusion procs, that's it. Your Holy Power spenders do absolutely nothing and are completely pointless, it's dmg is laughable and also completely gimps your mana. Holy Paladin is in a horrible spot atm. You're essentially a goddam lamppost with a dodgy bulb, just stand there an occasional blink light.
Healing is utterly destroyed by DPS, meaning DPS go to extra efforts to do stoopud things then rail at the healer... Nothing is fun about healing (and i have been in that abusive relationship for 15 years as a healer - I don't heal anymore and am finally having fun, not chasing an imagined high but real fun)
Druid is in a bad spot. Mana is gone so fast with undertuned heals. Meanwhile MW monk is punching and healing and drinking in combat. Monk is S tier fun
Please dont promote disc. Ive been playing m+ disc for every season in last 3 expa's and the amount of them around now is mindboggling. The problem is that 90% dont know how to play it. Noone uses rap right or uses pain sup wel etc. kills my eyes when i see it
Lol as someone who is playing Paladin FOREVER. He was always my main. Paldin aint fun anymore... WAAY too much spells to watch. like 10 diffrent things where multitasking with 2 things is alrdy hard. Paladin is just STUPIDLY OVERCOMPLICATED, and its not fun for me, for the first time over 18 years of WoW. Its just way to overloaded with skills. Absolut trash and NOT fun anymore. Blizzrad got me there where i never wanted to be. I litterly dont Raid and dont do Mythic plus since Draginflight. Im doing old stuff. you know old factions rep farming and stuff like that. Dragonflight made me stop beeing a healer. ^^
I've also been healing since vanilla & I prefer the modern way... I like having depth & strategy, & I like that I'm rewarded for healing well by being able to do damage. I also don't think Holy Pally is terribly complex as a healer -- I put it in the middle. Yulon Ramp Monk & Disc Priest are certainly deeper than Holy Pally imho.
That is... no entirely true - you cast a lot as holy paladin... heck you need to use every single infusion on casting, you are supposed to cast way less holy shocks (means less glimmer), no CS at all, becasue you go oom super fast. Holy Paladin ends up as the least mana efficient healer, that requires actual downtime in raids to be able to heal through entire encounter. They made paladins the least fun they had ever been in DF so far, and looking at their tuning (which is literally nothing special for hpal), that they are the lowest hps and lowest dps in raid (yes even hpriest after double overall healing buff is better in both departments) I really doubt they know what they are doing or where they are heading with this spec. And to be honest - hero talents in War Withing so far screams devs being disconected from playerbase. Hpal already has a lot of buttons they can press - and they are forcing them to have even more buttongs and even more stuff to track, and again - they are making outside sources making healing instead of our abilities which sucks.
uhhhh you forgot the best healer in 10.2 the blood DK lol
loloollol 😂🩸
That’s every season, it’s a given 😂.
Facts they out heal me most of the time as a resto druid lol
So true lol😂
as someone who just started learning healing blood dks frighten me, always outheals me😅

Indeed so many people miss those parts

I’ve said this from the beginning of this expansion and I stick by it now mistweaver is hands down most fun to play for me
I been playing 4 healers this season and Evoker has been by far the most fun so far ! followed by monk due to the versatility of it, buuut it's compeltely different gameplays for the different scenarios: PvP, M+, Raid so it can be difficult to learn
Without watching the Video, i really really love playing the current Holy Priest, its so smooth and fun
I recently went back to healers after a while and im enjoying Holy priest a lot, it's what a i want for a healer, people dropping and im casting to heal them.
I also tried monk but way too much pressure on my wrist to keep playing.

What i love about my MW is the fact if you don't want to be in meele you also can play casted MW ❤
Probably the that fixed MW was the change of mana tea. It actually solved the mana issues MW had.
I tune in each video just to see that epic chair destruction at the start.
last one was an explosion, this one the shammy earthquake.
One of these days that chair gonna break, if it does while recordig you better show us
Well actually MW Monk is actually new meta for healers as it is S tier for Raid right now and on par with Disc , Resto Druid at m+
I am really enjoying Disc and HPala this season. I switched from my S2 main-Rdruid. I just REALLY don't enjoy the trend healing style. Especially since I cant control how gets the focused healing other than the swift mends. If the healing was smarter I think it would be a good talent.

Honestly playing a non fist weave spec has been the most fun for me
I am enjoying both my retro druid and disc priest... I like how different they are. My monk I have been running as DPS... but tempted frequently to try healing on it.
Holy Paladin was most fun for me when we stood in the back doing casted heals, Light of Dawn was still 40-yards in a cone, and your damage was from one spell called Exorcism. 😂
I totally agree with you for me it was most fun in MOP to play Hpala in Arena and BGs it was really fun
Zygor is so amazing 💯 agree. Couldn’t be without it
The actual mistweaver its the best healer I ever played. Its just insanely fun. Only Pandaria disc gave me so much fun.
They want to force pally to play the melee healer and use casting as filler. I do the exact opposite. I’ve mained disc since Cata. It was always a S tier healer when it comes to fun but no one was playing it when it wasn’t the meta….
Only do m+. I enjoyed disc while I mastered it. Only issue I found was it quickly became boring. Not much utility no kick etc, also not a fan of it now vs last season. I actually enjoyed all the buttons to ramp for big damage hits.
Forgot to say, enjoying Resto shaman at the moment, Druid feels good also (just a bit tiring to play with all the instant casts).
Holy priest always gets shit on. My priest is consistently number one heals in my mythic raiding guild.
And I’ve gotten a 3250 IO score, not bad for the worst healer
At the moment I have resto shaman 485 ilvl, I want to try mw monk or resto druid, who will be better and easier for mythic+?
resto druid will always be the easier healer
What do you mean by “MW is not a meta healer”? It sure is.
I know this might be unpopular but I really enjoyed the cracked 9.1 melee hpal, wish they would bring it back in a viable way again
Good content as always, ty!
So what’s someone gotta to do get guide on melee healers(pally/monk) I want to learn how to heal in them but find a GOOD guide is not easy for 10.2
As a Priest player since Pandaria, this expansion I have been feeling miserable with healing. Cherry on top? I loved playing Holy Priest and hate Disc., I just can't find the click on it even when I can pump stupid numbers with it

Does anyone know who is the burstiest healer? I have a resto druid 476 but I wanna try a big burst healer now. I was thinking priest or shaman? 😮
Idk exactly what you mean by "bursty" but if you mean a reactive healer who heals after damage is done (as opposed to the proactive druid who heals before dmg is done), I would say hpal or resto shammy.

Yet you cast more now then you did last patch.
So you like caster version more then melee one it seems.
Idk the only thing I'm casting is like a flash of light here and there other wise just sending shocks and wogs@@havtor007
I’m gonna be honest maybe you don’t like preservation because it didn’t click with you? I play all the healer and it is easily my favorite rotational and major CDs and ramp up

I know 4 fun heakers, restos and holies 😊
I just wanted to create my first healer. I am new to the game and i play bm hunter rn.
Try Resto Shaman. It's the easiest healer for beginners. And it's fun.
What better video to watch? xD
@@MarcelianOnline True!
@@joboiwonder Thanks for the advice! Will look into it
@@MareSrbija Marcelian did another video on the best beginner healers to play, and Resto Shaman was #1.
Doesn’t like holy pally because not casty enough-enter holy priest doesn’t like because it cast (wards are on demand more or less-loves mw (me too)but doesn’t cast alot 🗿
Which one is the most easy?
Resto Shaman & Holy Priest are the simplest, lowest skill cap healing specs.
Imo Holy priest is much more fun than Disc, would put in S. Holy paladin is prolly D tier
I'm a Holy main. Shit's always fun.
Quite fun indeed :)
*slams table* Not a tank tier list?
