I tried to use a stationary-type USB-DAC for the first time.
But I had a problem when I used it.
This time, I told about my new setting.
But I am still worried about using it to continue.
I want to avoid to listen to some noise from the DAC.

Hello. I've been looking around because I also share the same issue with the SMSL DO300EX, first ussing it connected with Samsung's S23 Ultra. Contacted the seller, but so far they don't recognize the problem and stated that for phones only use the Bluetooth and the USB C with the laptop. I've connected it to the Macbook Pro and have exatly the same sound. So just emailed them and waiting for an answer. It very annoying and does not make sense to have a product lunch with this problem.

It was a same problem, I felt.
I want fix this problem by them, so I'm going to wait for a while.
@takeharaya, if you have it in high gain, makes it worse. Put it in low gain.

I have the same issue too.. in frustration i tried changing the usb cable to the ones with farrite chocke and it reslove the issue.. should give it a try could be grounding issue :/
On that note mine is on the do400
I want to know which product is without this noise...
Sorry i am not sure myself as the do400 is my first smsl product..
I have same problem it is noise from usb and i now go optical too

It was not good information for me, wasn't it?
But now, I don't have complain about it because the optical connect has no noise.
