'ill drive over the fuckin roundabout' 'if theres one godforsaken hole in this beautiful fuckin ireland its offaly' the whole offaly preach was just 😂😂😂
I'm English but my sat nav is definitely from Northern Ireland. I call her Irish Kathy and I love going to Milton Keynes, because I love the way she says 'roundabout' 😊
Country fella once gave me directions by saying “ turn right at Johnny Macs house/ turn left after Mart Murphys house etc! Some rural people tell you to “head west at the next four cross roads then south at the next cross” Another guy used different pubs as in “keep going past this pub until you reach such and such a pub and turn right then etc etc
The part about getting all the directions at once, and a large part of those directions consisting of obscure local knowledge and people's names and afflictions, is completely true. Bicycling in the West of Ireland, you could spend an hour a day getting directions from people with string bags, shovels and feral terriers. And at the end they say "an' to be sure, you can't really get there from here".
I had a Satnav, I don't remember if it's a Satnav or a phone app, but the voice was an Irish lady, very nice, made me feel at home and in IRELAND all the time. I still don't know what happened or if I still have it but I haven't heard that voice in ages now, maybe I updated it for an English accent.
I was in a pub in Cork during the Euros, and England was playing. Everyone in there was actively rooting against England, and they muted God Save The King. I’d say there’s still some resentment.
My 'Tom-Tom let me select from USA, British and at least two Irish voices. I was a big fan of 'Siobhan', especially how she said "Exit". Gave me a twinge!
Listen carefully to the Dublin, London, and Australian accent, you can notice they are very close if you have a good ear. The Irish accent on the other hand is completely different. It is spoken as a foreigner speaking English as their second language. Dublin people were reared by the English, so they picked up the accent as well.
English and Australian are very close?? What weird part of the world are you from? The only similarity is that both speak English, but the Australians don't do it very well.
Lads haha yer all giving out about the swearing saying he's trying to be funny by swearing that's a load of bullshit right every irish person swears in every sentence especially when there being funny and telling Jokes
steddyeddyuk I have to agree, he is a fantastic comedian but aims for the cheap laugh by swearing. he's funny because his material is based on "real life" but he doesn't need the profanities

As an Irishman, I do get a tad "down." Listening to Tommy without the Prozac works miracles. Thank you Tommy- Please write a book

@EireWhiskey i thought he shouted ''go on tommy''. . .
Maybe he wanted to take a Brexit?
Ireland is not in Great Britain. It will be staying in Europe.
I know, I live here. I was only joking XD
The 4 people from offaly shared this with their friends
Ove course we fucking should

My 'Tom-Tom let me select from USA, British and at least two Irish voices. I was a big fan of 'Siobhan', especially how she said "Exit". Gave me a twinge!

Old, but so funny!!!!!
@AyeYirMa Anglophobic.
Offaly best county in Ireland
It would be even better with punctuation.
Without Offaly, there would be huge hole in the middle of the island, thus making it sink, :)
:)
+James199566 Sure, we could plug it up with Cork ;)
Could someone please explain the sink reference,to someone not from Ireland..
@SaffyRocks hahaha good auld tommy
a fermanagh accent would be your best bet
@freebeerfordworkers Dublin voice? The dubs got their accent from the brits. May as well put on the brit voice.
you were onto a winner until you slagged off Offaly, beautiful place Ireland wouldn't be Ireland without it.
Tommy Tiernan's accented on a Sat Nav would be even worst than an engish accent lol
if you caught a few in your school taking photos I dont think they're tourists.. they just wern't allowed to take pictures in the swimming pool...
"We should have Irish Sat-Navs shouldn't we?"
You do, bonehead ;o)
WESTMEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

🤣
@lordkorner yeah, and neither of them sound remotely Irish!
"Go on Cavan" 1:23

Lads haha yer all giving out about the swearing saying he's trying to be funny by swearing that's a load of bullshit right every irish person swears in every sentence especially when there being funny and telling Jokes
Hes on the coke 😂😂🇮🇪
@stephen88hox You've discovered Tiernan's only weakness...differentiating between genuine ethnic groups and just plain ole' Irish intolerance lol. xD
@1ofTheCTFxC then watch something else
Offaly does sound quite shit. The rest of Ireland's apparently very nice. My Dad used to go on holidays there and loved the place.
get rid of offaly!!!!! hahaha
@J3NN13Cl4RK3 and what?the english are some high powered whats its who get to be called something else rather than a race?
Where did you get those statistics? Us Irish don't have any problem with the English (or most of us don't).
Get rid of Tyrone, or at least give it a decent lick of paint.
@J3NN13Cl4RK3 none of them are a race.
Total rip off of the John Joe, which is way funnier.
Megakingist ...Awkward...
You're not *irish anyways as you can't even spell irish

steddyeddyuk you wouldn't survive a week in Ireland if swearing bothers you!!
steddyeddyuk I have to agree, he is a fantastic comedian but aims for the cheap laugh by swearing. he's funny because his material is based on "real life" but he doesn't need the profanities
Will u fuck off our that u haven a clue what ur talking about
whats with all the swearing, does he think he won't be funny if he doesn't swear/ he would defiantly get more views
Get Irish ppl to buy their own Sat Navs instead of getting them donated from England to help Ireland out of its poverty.
funny how times change isnt it ! maybe we should donate some to you?
