Why do the rings on the bag look silver? They didn’t replace those? They didn’t replace the whole bag, they fixed it? How long it take? They do a good job? Are you unhappy with the repair or unhappy because they didn’t give extra free stuff? My bag has melting on that strap…and handles. I would send it as a whole. Not remove the keychain stuff. My personal opinion, you should be happy they sent you a new dust bag, did complimentary repair and attached a new strap with free shipping. 🤷🏻♀️ I want to take my bag back, but, I’m embarrassed to demand… so I only wear my bag facing one way. Crazy how the fate is up to one sales associate. Louis Vuitton used to be exquisite, classy, reliable and reputable. I think they lost it. The amount of goods you buy, I would assume you’d be well taken care of.

Yeah. Well the SA told them to replace the handle and hardware, so they did. I know I shouldnt be complaining right! Lol.
