The potatoes were really delicious. We never normally do room service so felt like a real treat.
We totally agree. Would very much like certain items on those types of buffets to be individually wrapped. It makes sense. The hotel was really lovely and we’d stay there again in a heart beat.

Nice room but no joke the Premier inn across the road is better. Hear me out. If you book their ‘Premier Plus’ rooms you get a rainfall shower, coffee machine, feee chocolate and bottles of water. Plus the bed is super comfy and some days it’s like 50 quid. 🙌

We had a superior twin, two double beds. Well worth the extra.😁. Same awful lighting 😖.

Some of the Magerial Staff need to be nicer to Guests and not gudgeon People. A bit snotty really. The lighting is terrible. The bed was clean though and bathroom.

Sorry to hear you didn’t have the best experience. The staff we dealt with were lovely on check in and at breakfast. Hope you fed back your thoughts to the manager during your stay. We agree that the lighting wasn’t the best but we had a big window which let lots of light in the next morning so it didn’t bother us too much.
