Nothing crazy about what you are doing. Oldest hobby in the world. Our ancient ancestors were just as thrilled at finding the cool stuff as we are today.
Daniel! I'm stoked you've come across the video! Hahaha seriously thanks so much again, you had a massive impact on us and really made our trip. I hope you don't mind me passing on the info and I hope didn't butcher it too much 😅😅
Nuts? Nope , only if you don't do it. frequent haunt of mine. you might try- Eldorado/Beechworth prospecting/ fossicking channel, Sue has taken me crystal fossicking at the same place you were.
Awhh gorgeous couple :) it's really hard finding people like yous! Laid back, enjoying nature, an interest in geology. (I'm a young'n) and I cant find any friends that like doing that kind of stuff,,, they mainly like shopping and getting their nails done... not my fortay. Me and my boyfriend will eventually be going on adventures once we have landed a place to live. I have a metal detector, classifier, gold pan and I'm just ready for adventures. I live in Geelong and it sucks.. living in a caravan that needs renovating. One day our time will shine. And by then, I hope we get to see yous out there!!
Well done. Just started last year upnat reedy creek eldorado. Haven't found the spots you went to yet. Just a tip, give your gold pans a sand they need to be roughed up a bit. The new plastic let's gold slip out.
Just found your site. Great videos. I will be moving down that way at the end of the year and love the vic high country and fossicking. Lots of sapphires here in the new england so happy there are gems to find although i want to try for some gold with my detector down there. Keep up the good work and content

Loved this! And thank you so much for sharing some of your valuable info. I’ve always asked the question of whether you just go and try your luck in a rich volcanic soul, but I’ve never really got a proper answer. You’ve given me much more confidence after seeing your video. Hope you do many more like this! ❤️❤️❤️
Hey mate, great adventure. If your ever interested in some gold detecting/mountain biking/ fishing , let me know. Happy to show you the power of GPX 6000.
Any activity to do while at camp is a good one if you ask me 😊 we didn't make it to the Beechworth trails but Bright was the next leg of the trip so we had heaps of fun there. Cheers
Mate love your vids. There is nothing better than venturing down tracks you’ve never been before, and trying your luck at these opportunities! The best spots that my GF and I find are always unexpected and unplanned. I’ve just moved to Melbs and am planning trips like this right now. Enjoy🤙Mitch
Bloody good job guys👍 I must say you have a very calming way in which you present your vid’s. love it. You come across very similar to “Scotty’s gone walkabout” Keep it up 🇦🇺🍻🔥
Reedy creek is different. Gold in layers. First great or build a yabbie pump. Vo Gus video. If your more interested get back to me. Make shore you have a miners right licence. $25 for 10 years. There blue sapphire, yellow diamonds, tourmaline and more. Think about making a highbanker, get a small transfer pump. Kogan got one. Highbanker does 25 pans for the same for 1 pan. Reedy is 22ct gold.
Your panning needs work. Get rid of small screen. Do not swirl. Only at start. Tap tap is the biggest tip. Push pan back and forwards to take top off Ridge side. Tap tap. Then turn pan. Tap tap. Slowly wash off none ridge and then back wash. I do towards, vo Gus does away. Snuffer bottle. If your going and I am free and you want to catch up let me know.

Great vid guys & thanks for the shout out. A double homicide was tempting, but figured you’d rather find some gems. Keep up the great work x

You can lose quite a lot swirling the pan like
Was worried about those bikes at times.
Ha yeah I had to keeps the tracks pretty tame, they held on alright though 😅

The black sand tin considerate. None magnetic. Gold sit on top. Your too rough with pan. I have had 200 pecks per pan.
