Girl your cheekbones are just😮‍💨 ❤
honestly… just let your hair and scalp adjust to new routines as you figure out the best for you. maybe incorporate some hair-nail-skin vitamins into your diet, don’t go too cheap on shampoo/conditioner products. A great brand that lasts a long time is Nairobi PamperPlex and if you can’t find it without a beauty license then RedKen products, try to use aloe and water combo when you’re needing to wet your hair for a style and go easy on oil. If you doing heat styling, NEVER use oil based heat protection, always creamy (redken acidic bonding or Avalon Affirm) and only a light application. VERY light. Your hair will flourish!

Check your vitamin levels. When mine was thinning all of a sudden my levels were low especially iron & vitamin D; both of mine were low & because I have so much hair many ppl couldn't tell it was thinning but I could. I had my doctor run the tests & I was right. Btw you're sooo pretty!

I'm still taking them. It takes fully about 3months... But I felt better with the vitamin d literally the next day. But for hair if it's iron & vitamin D it will take at least 3months. Make sure to take the iron with orange juice if that's what it is & my doctor said on an empty stomach at least 1hr before eating is when you take the iron... the vitamin D needs vitamin k, magnesium & just boron (just 3mg of the boron is fine) the vitamin k needs to be taken with fat so take it with food & that's also when I take the magnesium & K.

Just from Amazon. I understand that's why I gave the tip to take it with vitamin C (Orange juice) if you don't iron supplements cause constipation and that's why you're getting stomachaches. Doing it this way will eliminate that. I hate that they don't tell y'all I've had to tell quite a few ppl who weren't aware. I am on prescription vitamin D though 50k iu's once a week & then the rest are just regular amounts in my liquid vitamins daily & for the vitamin k 100 mcg when I take the 50k iu's vitamin d. Vitamin d needs vitamin k so calcium will go where it's supposed to & not in your arteries etc but in bones & teeth... magnesium lactate 200mg is what I take when I do the 50k IU's weekly. If you have deficiencies in both that's definitely why your hair is shedding/breaking. I don't even have chemicals at all & mine was... It's on symptom of both actually.
