Dear Lynsey, what a beautiful song, it is different than usual, very original, fresh and attractive! It is a joy to hear you sing because voice is very pleasant to listen to, one does not get tired of listening to it. And perfectly sung in 3 voices as well… The piano arrangement is full of beautiful variations, the way you drum is fantastic, the guitar is a fine complement to the ensemble and the cello makes it so musical and warm ... Well, I have no words for this great musicality that is presented in such a beautiful way by just one person. Also great compliments to the person who recorded every performance and assembled it so beautifully.

When putting this song together I wrote a cello solo…. But I don’t play the cello! So I actually went to the music store and rented one. Taught myself the cello solo I wrote and just practiced it over and over again. I couldn’t play anything else on the cello except for my solo :)

Music is what gets me through happy times, nights I can’t sleep, sad or difficult times. Music I can’t sing or play. Put a person in there that can express the lyrics (and you do) and sing very well? The music touches me deeply.
When at first you had popped up on UA-cam & I heard you? I thought “wow! Her energy, her voice ! Then you played John Legend -(again with other instruments) I was hooked & subscribed. Downloading from your songs to my IPHONE. A week later ? I was pleasantly surprised to see that this a “loving caring and supportive family” ! The children (even the little guy) and you and your husband (he does a lot of recording-I think you said) & he has been in a couple too!
