    Iba din style ko😁 i soak the pork slab in a brine, i use milk instead of soy sauce, i score the skin before putting it in baking tray at i use sukang pinakurat as sawsawan super yummy😁😁

    Thank you for this recipe. We tried it and it's super sarap. Crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside. Sa mga nag tatanong dito ang low setting po is 150 Celsius at ang medium nmn ay 180.un po ginawa ko and super crunchy ang balat nya kgaya ng nsa video hindi pumutok ang balat hindi gaya ng ibang comment dito.

    the best procedure before cooking it is brining. brining is just water, salt and sugar solution. the measurement should be at least 3 liters ng tubig to 2 cups of salt to 1cup ng sugar

      Do not put sugar in a lechon brine. Trust. The skin will become tough and/or chewy. The sugar will prevent the skin drying completely and though the color will be good, the texture will not be.

    High setting po is 350 free heat po yan then iset nyo po sa low setting 280 degrees for 3 hours usually 6 hours po ang lechon for good result na very tender po is 6 hours, take note po sa mga di marunong pa po about sa oven na size is malalaki nasa 350 degrees ang high ipreheat then iset sa low heat 280 degrees for 3 hours to 5hours then ibalik sa high heat sa pagpapacrispy ng 1 hour total 6 hours base po ito sa expirience ko

      ChubbyChiniCatt hehe ika nga sa kasabihan pag may tyaga may nilaga. May oven po kasi dito kaso never pa syang nagagamit sa pagluto ng ganyan. Mga cake lang po nata try namin. Lumabas kasi tong vid nato while I'm watching other pinoy foods kaya pinanood ko. Ayon napa subscribe din ako. Madali lang po kasi sundin yung instruction kaya like ko to. heheh

    Note: The oven we used didn't have a source of heat/flame on top. it only had two settings: low and high. we put it on low setting for 2 hours, 1.5 hours on medium and the last 30mins on high setting. our oven didn't have temperature settings nor a thermometer.

    NOTES: we preheated the oven at high setting. our oven only has High and Low setting and heat source is only on the bottom. we cooked for 1.5 hrs in Low, 1-1.5 hrs in medium and then set it to High on the last hour to melt the fats and crisp the skin. We also refilled the baking trays on the bottom as needed. Thanks!

    Hello question po. Ung oven ko kasi may heat sa taas at may heat sa baba. Dalawa ng heating knob nya. Pareho bang 180 deg sa taas at baba or papatayin ko ung init sa baba or taas? Thanks po

      Basta lutong pinoy #1.Natry ko na kasi yung nablender at walang sagabal s pagtupi nung karne.at nanunuot yung lasa.wag lng isali yung kagaya ng anise seeds o yung pampaamoy lng.naglalaway na ako kgbi sa luto nyo.iba parin tlga yung luto ntin kesa dito sa ibang bansa.goodluck

      Shutz Ztuhs, sorry late reply. 100degF (lowest) 1.5hrs; 250degF (med) 1.5hrs;
      remove the lechon from the air fryer, then prick the skin while preheating to 400degF (highest), put the lechon back then bake for 1hr or until it reaches your preferred crispiness.

    sobrang ganda ng pagkaluto! hindi sira ang balat. gagawin ko po ito sa bday ni misis. wish me luck! hehe. sana po may makapagconvert ng temperature(low,medium,hot) into fahrenheit para maayos pagkaluto. thanks!

      hello sir! may nakita po kami sa net -- Bake in a preheated 180 F oven for about 3 hours. Increase temperature to 320 F and continue to cook for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through and browns. Increase temperature to 430 F and continue to cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until skin is very crisp.
