Abandoned Doctor Strange Mansion | Investigating The Vanishing Family Disappearance

- A long time ago, in the quiet countryside of Belgium, there was a big extravagent mansion. Built in the 1960s, it was home to a man name Arthur, who loved art, his wife Helen, and their two kids, Amelia and Theodore. Arthur filled their homw with all kinds of art from all over the world. Helen used her good taste to make the home beautiful. This mansion was where they often threw big parties that everyone enjoyed.
But when the year 2000 came, things turned bad for the Kildare family. Their wealth came from Arthur's illegal dealings with stolen art. When this was revealed in 1999, it ruined their good name. Amid the uproar, the family suddenly disappeared. People wondered - did they run away, were they killed, or did they hide somewhere? nobody really knows.
not only that but after the family mysteriously vanished, the bank took over their home because it was found they owed a lot of taxes. To get some money back, the bank tried to sell the art collection. But because of the scandal, their value went down, and people were put off by the house's bad past. As a result, Arthur's cherished art collection was left unused and became neglected.
Now, in 2023, the house stands empty, a shadow of its former glory. The beauty it once had is now ruined - the colorful art has faded, the curtains are worn out, and dust covers the once shiny furniture. Despite the bank trying to sell the mansion, its bad past keeps people away. The rooms that haven't been touched hold onto bits of the familys' lives. The house, though empty, feels like the family is still there in some way. It continues to wait in a state of uncertainty, not knowing what will happen next.

Love the mansion's antiques and relics,so amazing💞
I like this video! You always put the history behind the places you explore. I always enjoy it👍
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ wow❤❤❤❤❤❤
Eventhough it is grown up and messy that mansion is still so beautiful! The garden area is such a cool idea to have with your house!😮
The church and the library really make this mansion something special! I love the stained glass windows in the church and the vastness of the library….excellent explore Steve…love it❤️
That one object, Steve, at marker 18:06 in front of the TV with the pig on it--is a reel-to-reel tape recorder, I believe. My grandpa had one when I was little, it recorded audio and some people recorded music, original songs, and maybe family performances on them. I could be wrong, but it looks a lot like the one my uncle used to record his music and grandpa's voice with so many years ago. There would have been another reel that went on the spindle beside the one that was on it to reverse or fast forward the tape. Steve this was an awesome, beautiful, place!! It is so sad that so much beautiful furniture gets left behind and so many unique things, like the white horse. That library must had housed so much information when the family lived there. GREAT EXPLORE! Thank you for taking us with you.
YeA reel to reel was pretty high tech at one time
Oh my goodness...your intro is your BEST EVS! I been praying! Stay with that my fellow story telling talented stitch...ALL ...along your way! Loves! GBYCS!
That mansion at one time was so beautiful! Sad to see it go into disrepair! 😢
Wow what a beautiful place and I love how respectful you treat places
It’s sad to see it being left to rot
It sure is
Some of those mirrors on the other side was magnified.
I love old homes, this is very good. Thank you for telling this story of a man who loved art. This home is truly an art, literally!
Glad you enjoyed it
Harry Potter's abandoned school of magic !!
If that mansion could talk, they have many stories to tell. 🏠
The library and the church blew my mind wow 😮 great exploring 🥰🇦🇺
This mansion felt like many different places in one. Perhaps different spaces were from different times or even more than one family? So they had a school? That chapel was amazing. So many questions... keep on exploring. Thank you for your work.
This is not 1 mansion but 3 diffrent places!! 1 School, 1 farm and 1 manoir. They are also from diffrent countries.
@@rootontheroadThank you for explaining because I got very confused with the whole story in the beginning after seeing the mansion
At first i was confused too. When i recornized the interior of the farm and the outside of the manoir, everything fell in to place.
It is such a pitty he mixt 3 places up, because you do not get the right feel of the place.
This mansion is the best I've ever seen because theres a library and own church. Amazing.
Very big castle , love the library it’s so stunning, got so many room I would get lost in this place, sad to see this place got abandoned , it’s must be expensive to maintain this place, most of the bedrooms look ordinary for the big mansion, at last the dining room look beautiful, thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it
This was an awesome explore. I've never seen anything that big in my life! The hallways went on forever! The more you looked at it, the more you felt like that whole place was like a warehouse. Really more of an art gallery than a home. I'm sure whoever lived there at one time loved it, but it definitely isn't me. I couldn't live there. But it sure was fun to see! Steve, I don't know how you keep finding these places, but keep 'em coming! :) Blessings from Beaverton, Michigan, USA!
Glad you enjoyed it
wow this hidden gem was amazing!! i love the different wallpapers, their spacious beautiful bathroom, old vintage baby toys in one room, and one unique chest in another room. the art and antique sprinkled in all the rooms just made this castle very interesting!😊
Thanks for watching!
Great job on UA-cam all video ✌️ 😎

the last part the fireplace is also my type so very antique and vintage and the porcelain decor wow its reminds me og the movie tittle miss peregrines home for peculiar children
Love watching abandoned mansion videos. Woow😲😲 that library so big. Looks bigger than a university library and church inside. 😲. All in one in mansion 🏠 The mansion so big is so hard to maintain would cost alot of money. Probably mostly are abandoned.
I just recently stumbled upon your videos and my goodness. You look at every detail, every wall, every table, and even tell us the backstory of every place. I really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you so much for bringing us on your journey.
Can't imagine a mansion with a church, such an amazing house, thanx Steve for showing to as such an amazing mansion

Fascinating discovery! Wow!!! Loving this explore!!! TY and God Bless!!!
Thanks for the great vid you guys show US place that we sometime cant go but appreciate al that you go the distance for these abandon places
The Library looks so cool in the lighting you captured, straight up reminded me of something you would see in a Resident evil game, Really quite a big area and imposing with how tall those shelves look. I also really like the conservatory area with the plants overgrowing giving it a really biological look as apposed to the rest of the house . I Thoroughly enjoyed this one, the music and history tell a story which immerses the viewer which makes these edits really fun to watch.
Steve, this one was over the top, magnificent!!! So much history there & so many WHYS! Thanks for sharing.enjoyed this so very much! ❤❤❤❤
Steve @18:00 The thing that you called a radio/record player is a reel to reel tape recorder made by Sony
Love your videos! Its so cool seeing how people lived. The last room and the big bathroom were my favorites.

The library looks like Alcatraz !!
Those antique chairs and table towards the end of the video is definitely my favorite out of the whole video.

Your abandoned videos are the best! Thanks for all your hard work.
Enjoyed that explore Steve.
That video was very high resolution I thought. Is the vid equipment a new high resolution from Japan?
Steve, that “record player” is a tape recorder.
You were correct about the flashlight. The bottom part is a battery. 😃
Called a "reel to reel" recorder.
As always Steve .Another brilliant show ..You give it your all explaining the history of these amazing buildings you find in their remote locations....Stay Safe out there ..Loving all your Explores...Love from Scotland..
Omg That’s a big mansion. It does looks like a European mansion. And it looks like a mansion for a movie 🍿. Wow I wonder what happened to the family. They have a rooms 😢for every activity. The stairs are my favorite part of the house 🏡. If I lived there I would hire good housekeepers it’s so beautiful 🤩
So many treasures, just lost, very sad.
my jaw hung up seeing the mansion, something out of the Sims 4 but wow I wish someone can buy it and refurbish everything
Dude, that photo of Napoleon Bonaparte AND young Stalin, ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
Rare!
A lot of times, you guys ( community) doesn't even know what they are looking at. No shade, just fact.
Doesn't look like Stalin to me, even a young Stalin. Napoleon, yes.

@@SteveRonin thank you as well for the great content and taking us all on a great adventure!
Wonderful explore Steve. This is such a time capsule especially with all the antiques and how "yesterday" it feels. Cant wait for the next one brother man. Be safe out there.
P.S i follow your mates as well - Josh, fighters and abandoned world. you guys really make my day.
Steve, thank you for this nice video and keep up that great work!
Thanks, will do!
This place is so amazing.Cant wait to see the rest😊 Just be safe ❤❤❤
Hello Kathy how are you doing today
That greenhouse is what my dreams are made of. That floor is exquisite. It must of been filled with rare and gorgeous plants. What an incredible place.
This is a beautiful house and it is sad to see that just because of the bad rep of the previous family that no one else wants it. A house is a house and it looks like it would be a lovely family home, but it needs work and love. People need to think of it as it is a beautiful house and not the past. Yes I ramble lol, but it is sad to see. Amazing explore Steve, enjoyed and loved it ❤❤❤
Steve that thing you called a radio the Sony on the video about 18 minutes in..that is called a Reel to reel tape player or sometimes called a big cassette player but there known as a Reel to Reel deck..that's a nice one shame it going to heck..I fix that kinda stuff..and those old radios are worth nice money..
Closed captions please 😊
Great video Steve, you really explain things well with your words and your videos, thank you
Great video love watching them all ❤
Hi Steve yet another great vidoe ❤

It always amazes me that people can just leave and leave all of that beautiful antique furniture to ruin. , along with all the family heirlooms

Steve, what is your friend's social media accounts? I can't here their names well because they are not wearing mics and it's windy. BTW, you forgot to add their social media accounts in the description.
