omg I love that I’m not the only one who hasn’t gotten a Brazilian girl! I always just shave too & im not prone to in growns so that’s why it doesn’t bother me lol! Also, I love F45!!! It is circuit training but the coaches do take the time to fix your form. I’ve never lifted in my life & I feel really good about starting it almost two years ago!
I wish I could shave I get the worst razor burn no matter what 😒

I’m an esthetician but also caffeine makes me super jittery so it would make the wax more painful, so even if it doesn’t do much to you. It will affect you & make you sweat more etc + THE WAIT IS WORTH IT I PROMISE!!!!!

Wish I knew to take Tylenol before. It hurt so bad. Started with sugaring but just switched to the Brazilian bc it was faster lol. I’m hoping the results and regrowth are worth it.

I tried sugaring for the first time and it was worth it!! I wondered why i wanted so long to do it!! I’ve heard regular wax hurts more. I took Tylenol the first time I went and it wasn’t bad. The second time I forgot to take Tylenol and omg I was in pain 😆 but to be honest it wasn’t bad. I don’t think I will ever go back to regular shaving. It stays so clean, and hair is so thin that you don’t even mind waiting the 4 weeks to go back. I would definitely try it!! Take some Tylenol before you leave your house and try not to go close to your cycle! 🙌🏽

About 6 years ago I‘ve started getting a Brazilian wax and wish I did that sooner. Since then I had to shave once or twice. It‘s the best thing ever. My friend is like you as soon as hair grows out she needs to shave. She says she can‘t wait for hair to grow out a little bit in order to get a wax again. In her mind she thinks it needs to grow out an inch lol
I love a wax. Smooth skin and now irritation. Less darkness and thinner hair. No in-growns anymore. And the pain is bearable. My pain tolerance is high though. It doesn‘t hurt as much as people think. It‘s more so the fear of the pain that people freak out about.

if your looking for a good alternative to coffee since it doesn't give you energy.I would recommend trying yerba mate,i use to drink coffee all the time and made the switch last year and haven't went back lol. they have a bunch of flavors too!

Waxing is soooooo worth it! I promise! I use to shave and now I’ll never go back to shaving lol
I’m on month 3 of F45 and it’s good. I don’t like working out in general 😅 but I’m seeing results and it’s a good workout. The coaches do help with form and the videos you have to follow are super helpful to make sure you’re doing it right. Doesn’t help I have to go at 5:30am because I have a baby but if I could go at a regular time I’d prob like it even more. I be tiredddd 🤣🤣
This!!! I love F45 but like you, I have to go at 5am because of my babies and I be exhaustedddd but I feel amazing after. I’d definitely say I’m seeing changes quicker as opposed to what I was seeing working out on my own in the gym.

I tried waxing earlier this year about 2-3 times and the pain isn't worth it. Unless you're going on a vacation and wearing string bikinis. But for everyday life... PASS. It hurts so bad. Especially before your period. I'd rather go thru labor than BW.
