Thanks for this upload. This is literally my Saturday morning as a kid. Me in pajamas with a heaping bowl of sugar cereal.....
I loved the Get-Along Gang as a kid.
These commercials take me back.
Yeah I Miss the 80's and 90's they was some cool years and fun
I like how they always said "You can pretend" in the action figures commercials.
Must go back.
Can't go back.
Can't undo the damage.
But we have this.
Thank you for the work in saving these vhs tapes then upping them here. Tears of joy.
These bumpers are my favorite bumpers ever, and one of my earliest TV memories. These are nice quality!
I was 6...40 now...These were the best days.
Loved this collection of Saturday morning commercials. They bring back a lot of memories.
These CBS Saturday Morning bumpers were used from 1983-1986. For the '86 season we had the creepy paint cans which I believe made appearances in past volumes here. Interesting fact, during reruns of CBS Storybreak in the early 90s, these bumpers were retained, probably because the series ran in 1985, I remember seeing them up until at least 1993!
Ah, but the 80s, where every toy had an animated/live action series, and a CEREAL. I miss those days.
My childhood. Best days of my life. Very emotional
What a great time to b a kid....
Yes Lawd
Muppet Babies, Dungeons and Dragons, and Land of the Lost?!? My childhood on a Saturday morning in 1985. 😭
Yes it was.
I literally have tears in my eyes through all of these videos.
Right!!!!!!!
It's ok we are forever toys r ys kids!
Must go back.
Can't go back.
Can't undo the damage.
But we have this.

I’m sure the 80s had its share of crap, but man I wish I was back then right now.
I felt it too. It brings out the kid in all of us.
There were so many familiar voices in the bumpers that aren't with us today. The nostalgia is exquisite pain.
I miss the days when American TV networks had continuity announcers
Yeah and when TV back then was worth watching.
Awesome throwbacks keep them coming
god i miss the 80s and early 90s
I wish I could go back in time and relive those days.
The unmistakeable voice of Rick Dees doing the voiceovers on the commercial bumpers.
I just want to say I am obsessed with all the commercials you post. Thank you so much :)
brings back memories
Excellent selection. The alphabet networks had some excellent bumpers for their cartoons back in the day. Especially loved the claymation ones.
For E.T. I think maybe the license was expired or something. Besides, they couldn't keep using a 1982 character forever.
I think I remember that Twizzler's ad at the beginning.
Yea, the one with just the mouth talking. I remember that.
Rick Dees is now the announcer on Rewind Tv,which happens to be a 80's retro network.
David Ruprecht ("Supermarket Sweep") and John Lawlor ( headmaster Mr. Bradley from season 1 of "The Facts Of Life") in the Honey Smacks ad.
this horn fanfare is one of the main sounds of my childhood
The weatherman in the Honey Smacks commercial, used to be on Facts Of Life.
James' first time on the Hot 100 was Just Once billed as Quincy Jones with James INgram in Fall 1981. Most of his hits were collabos, save for I Don't Have the Heart in 1990. Note that the "new" Newlywed Game debuted six weeks after these commercials aired, so I suspect the late 70s Newlywed reruns stopped airing on local stations after the revival debuted.
The Pop/R&B singer James Ingram (showing up in the MILK commercial playing piano is a shock)He had a hit record in '82 but maybe this commercial was old in '85.
Tornado1994 Yes, I know --I love that song! One of his many chart topping duets recorded in the 1980s..this MILK commercial must pre-date his early 80s hit music though.
Thanks for spotting the date didn't have time to go back and look today! Yeah, must've happened around the same time!
*An American Tail
Get it- cuz he's a mouse?
That happened Just Once!🎼
I wanted that damn He-Man robot so bad when I was five.
Very funny jimmy
Mr O always creeped me out.
Are used to make myself the complete breakfast every Saturday morning the cereal the oj milk and toast
these were great! man, who named the characters in the He-Man universe? Loved the show back then but looking back on it now... what were they thinking? Roboto? Fisto? seriously? :P (I'm pretty sure I did have Roboto, though)
Also wow Frank Welker was in everything back in the day, huh?
I can remember how cheesy the CGI commercial bumpers were. Back then, there were much better computer animated stuff than that! Such animated films would not have been shown on TV though, except on documentaries about animations. These days, they can be found on UA-cam.
