"People change when you put a camera in front of them." I liked that. Years ago when I was teaching a section in Biology, we had a special speaker booked to come in. The speaker cancelled at the last moment. The topic was somewhat controversial. . . . Well, the students were all dressed up and some girls even wore make up. . . . this was in high school. I recalled the memory many decades ago when you said the opening statement for this comment. Thank you for your comments.
The first significant snow of every year its my tradition to do numerous "donuts" in my front yard.🤣🤣🤣I'm almost 58 years old and the HEMI has never failed me.
Fuel tanks look great. All it needs is the Larson logo. Nice burnout Dougo. If he seen one of you youngest doing that he would be giving you the devil.
It was good to see Dougo and Amy. Dougo out there spinning brodies was hilarious! 😂 Your Mom bringing all you guys breakfast was so sweet. Cool video. 👍❤️
1) people dont realize how much work farm wives go through to keep everyone fed!!! 2) if anyone doubts how durable high end battery tools are take a ryobi and try drilling a 3/8 or 1/2 hole through 1/4 steel and they just drilled through what looks like 3/8 steel with out pilot holes!
Guys when you are drilling in that situation 6:53 in thick metal start a small 1/8 pilot hole, slow RPM lots of pressure, then step up to 3/16 or 1/4 and punch thru with slow RPM and whatever pressure the drill will take without slippin the chuck grip, then go full size 1/2 inch or whatever with slow drill speed. Fast speed will only create heat and burn the cutting edge off your drill bit. Slow and steady wins the race boys
Excellent advice! Lower the rpm and aim for curled, stringy chips coming off the cutting tool. Surface footage is key to tool life and less frustration!
Men never grow up, and that's a good thing. Awesome to see Dougo bringing the thunder in his truck. That finger snap thing must only work in Minnesota. I've tried it over and over here in Arkansas...doesn't seem to work.
Wow, I remember your first video and only video I have ever posted on was "Lets paint the tanks" Congratulations on having the PREMEIR farming operation on You Tube, you guys are a Class Act.
Your a big Milwaukee fan get yourself one of drills with the magnet base for drilling holes. They will be straight and brode won’t ever sucking wind when he’s done
Brody always drill a pilot hole on anything over 16 gauge, on that tractor you were struggling to drill, through 5/16" 4140 harden plate, start with a 1/8"bit then 1/4"bit and finally whatever your size bit will be, it will make your life a whole lot easier...good luck guys...
Chet , Dougo ,Brodie An Sweed.thanks very much for the Videos. From a guy thats not a Farmer I really love the content an info. You all together make the viewers feel like family . I have learned alot over the years from you all. Thanks again. Mike Calgary Canada.
Ya know it really does take a well rounded crew to keep a big farm going. Just to be able to depend on others to do what us needed is a big deal anymore and it's nice to see
mayebe you had counterfeit chinese bolts in that combine, they are everywhere in the supply chain, they built a 600,00 bushel bin near us, had to replace all the bolys as they were elcheapo chinese ones.
Someone who buys a hemi and is in a dirt field, someone says “light em up !” it would be a crime to not. You can always tell someone who drives on snowy roads
So Doug still has the old slide and go go go down and mom still getting up with the sun to take care of her family Chet you have it made in the shade and your help are your best friends and it all comes together everyday and you getter done be safe god bless
Hey Big Swede, the walk-around the new grain cart was much appreciated. It's very cool that you guys take the time to learn all about the machinery you're working with.
DDD(Daring, Drifting Dougo) just send him out to the paddock next time you need to plough. Love all your chemistry between the whole outfit. The Ole Fella from Downunda Greg 💝
Yes, harvesting can be frustrating at times. Your new "grain cart" is AWESOME! I was very impressed with Dougo's "burn out" skills.... even if it happened in a field! 🛻 Way to go Dougo! Groovy man! Until your next video ~~~ Stay safe, healthy, warm and happy! 🚜
Chet I like the content of the video ,much appreciated Eric explaining the new cart. Dougo burning those tires😅 hilarious Congratulation on the new harvest season, be safe
Thanks for another great video Chet. It was interesting and enjoyable. Dougo you really spinning the tires on your pickup. You gunned it and through dirt high in air. Wow. Go get em Dougo. Ha. That spreader bracket on the back of your combine is really wearing the bolts off quickly. Think you where going to check on that situation. Unusual wear and tear. Not good combining of beans yet. Have patches all over the field. Switching to corn I guess for now. Thanks Eric for going over the new updates on the new grain cart. Really a nice piece of equipment. Thanks. New door fit the cold storage shed. Yea. Seems your new man Chris is doing great. Good man to have on the team. About it I guess. You all take care and be safe. Thanks for everything Chet. The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.
Dougo you NEVER cease to amaze me. No I better not, just got it out of the shop, don't need it going back in to the shop. Next all you see is burnt orange and lots of black flying. Dougo tilling like he has gone mad😛😝😜 Great Video Chet, Thanks to Eric and his explaining the newest farm equipment that's joined Larson Farms and of course always gotta have The Brodster to make the video complete, and a guest appearance from sweet Momma Amy bringing the guys nourishment❤
Where did you learn that snapping trick? Perhaps a neighbor also located in west central Minnesota? That slide job by Dougo looked like something from world of outlaws Sprint car series
Doug's power slide has YEARS of mastery.
It's official...Dougo is a wild man !🤣👍💯✌
Dougo rules and your mom does too. You’re so lucky to have such awesome parents!
DOUGO 'I just got it out of the shop' Dougo pulling away 'YEE HAWWW'!

Enjoyed watching the video Chet 😊
Check the belt tensioner for your accessory belt. The Belt is probably a little loose, that's usually the problem when it squeals.
Where did you learn that snapping trick? Perhaps a neighbor also located in west central Minnesota? That slide job by Dougo looked like something from world of outlaws Sprint car series
Drilling thick metal make a pilot hole first.
