Its pretty good for a garden. Unfortunately I need a C13 model which is suitable for tonnes of palm fronds
It looks like an excellent bit of kit. I agree with you about electric over petrol. Less noise and fumes too. Way to go.
That chipper looks amazing. Chews everything all at once. Would of been nice to see the end result close up even though it is green material. Have you tried other wood clippings like grape vines, branches without leaves etc.....?
What are your thoughts on it? Doesn’t look completely smooth to use, even though it’s a good Mulcher
For my backyard needs, I have found the c3e to be an exceptional tool. The manufacturer claims that it can handle branches up to 30mm in size, but I have personally tested it with larger branches up to 40mm and it cuts through them with ease. I didn't want to go through the hassle of maintaining a petrol chipper since I only need to use it 2-3 times a month. Additionally, I didn't want to purchase those low-quality mulches from Bunnings that struggle with the larger branch sizes I typically run through it.
Using the c3e has been a great solution for me as I would have struggled to dispose of all those branches with my two green bins alone. Currently, I have a dead tree in my backyard without any leaves that I plan on chipping in the next week once this rainy weather in Sydney subsides. I will post another video to demonstrate how well the c3e performs on this task.
