Thx for this. 1992 grad. So many faces I recognize but can't recall names. 33 years will do that. I definitely remember Caroline from band. Quite a hottie back in the day. Haha. Eli and his old Studebaker. Rudy fucking Papenfus. The band room. I remember Dr. Roberts getting pissed and chucking a chair across the room like he was Bob Knight. RIP Dr Roberts.
I snuck inside back in 2010 and was pleasantly surprised by how little had changed, except for the sprawl outside. There use to just be farmland surrounding campus.
@@ChibiWagner That confused me a bit. I went in the new space to say hi to my old theater teacher Max Brown but he was busy doing a tech rehearsal, so I didn't want to bother him.
@@AndrewPatrickRalston That isn't true if you mean the area directly around campus. Definitely towards the edge of southern development but strip malls on the north side of 119th on either side of Metcalf with Walmart, KenTacoHut, Circle K, etc., and subdivisions were there to the south and east. We used to run through the neighborhoods for cross country in the late '80s. All new construction of course. i remember 119th getting paved for the first time while I was in middle school around 1985ish. Now the urban sprawl has reached Stillwell, which seemed liek another world when we went out there for soccer games back in the '80s
Man I always catch myself saying how much I hate high school and how much I hate my school. This video just made me realize how much things have really changed since the 90s. It’s so crazy how most of the building is the exact same. This is awesome thank you for sharing

I always find myself coming back to this video! I graduated in 2016 and it is so crazy seeing how North used to look like.

@@AndrewPatrickRalston In about 2011, they redid most of the front of the school and added a whole little theater, so it looks a ton different now!
