That crescent kick/axe kick hybrid you do up close is a kick I've been working on a lot recently. You land it really well from a close angle. It catches your opponent by surprise.
Was about to comment "hey that's Alex Wong, I love her channel". Until I realised I was on said channel 😂. I've used quite a lot of your training and sparring tips in the past few months.
Alex this year I did not go, because I had a testing, but I have been teo this bationalsn7 times and I love AAU Taekwondo, it is the main league I have always competed in and that I hold close to me
