What is your experience with leakages, the gearbox and these rims? I have heard these cars often leak everywhere due to the roof. Also the gearbox reacts slow when switching gears, these rims that are vulnerable to damages and the motor that needs a revision every 100K miles?

You probably need to start listening to people who know what they're talking about.

hi, have had my smart roadster coupe for about almost a year now, im the 2nd owner, along with the car having roughly 118.000 miles on the clock
Mine did get an engine revision by the previous owner, yes, pricey but, atleast in my opinion worth it. However, that the engine HAS to be rebuilt every 100k miles, is false. very much so, the 82 hp (which i own) is known as the most durable of the three engine choices, with a bit of an ECU-Remap done by someone specializing in smart tuning (atleast where i live) Power can be bumped up to 117 hp. Some people i know have had that same tune for atleast over 100k miles without any problems whatsoever.
meanwhile, over smart roadster owners have had their roadsters over over 120k miles without major engine problems at all.
The Leakage is very much something that i (as of right now, still) suffer from, which, can be slightly mitigated by buying the hard-top, and making sure all the rubber seals are up-to-date / leak-proof. Plus, easy fixes to other leak problems are documented both by evilution, and the JHWUS (German Smart Roadster Encyclopedia giving you info on all the problems of the car, could in theory be translated in google)
As for the gearbox, it does depend on, if you did service it (in theory it "doesnt", says smart, in my opinion, a whole lot of bologny, the car could definetely have it's fluids replaced, AND if your clutch is renewed / new in total. It does do the trick significantly well.
Another thing to keep in mine is that the "A"-Mode, aka pure automatic, is indeed, very sluggish, manually shifting will be a whole lot more fun, simple, and economical (and should you fail to downshift / upshift, the car will notice that and act accordingly)
plus, the ECU / Engine managment unit can be programmed to let the car shift atleast 30% Faster, however, do keep in mind that of course, wear and tear would increase on the gearbox.
