I have struggled with infertility for 7 years now. I barley started my IUI treatment. I go in in 2 days and hopefully I am ready for the trigger shot. I just hope this will be successful; 😢 I can’t take it anymore, I’ve become so depressed over the years. I’m starting to believe I’m not meant to have any kids but to only love peoples kids 😢 but I pray you will be successful in your journey. We all deserve to be mom.

I’m so excited for your journey! The cramps you talk about afterwards that are so bad you have to hum through it reminds me very strongly of the contractions I had during my delivery. You’re gonna be a trooper when it comes time to give birth to your miracle babe!

Thank you for sharing your journey, I am in the process of starting my first IUI. I have struggled with infertility for many years. I know this video is almost a year old but did your doctor give you answers as to why your ovulating with no LH surge? That is something that I have struggled with and my doctor put me on hormone balancing supplements. I now have two children and am working on a third. Good luck to you on your journey 😊.
I was watching this before doing my own trigger shot and lucky I did, because it reminded me to take mine out of the fridge a little ahead of time. 😂
I convinced myself I had cancer after my lab results too 😭 I was sobbing on the phone with my mom and she was like “girl you aren’t a doctor” 😂

My first IUI was not successful so I will be going in for the second round of IUI in two weeks. I did the tests and everything looks normal and was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I requested them for a follicular monitoring this cycle. Were you ovulating naturally with the required size of follicles ?Did u request for a trigger shots too?
Insurance is the literal worst. Anytime I actually need to use my insurance (that I pay for. Every month. Ugh) it’s a massive headache. So not just you!!! The system is massively broken :( I’m so sorry you are experiencing it
right?! I think I wouldn't be as bitter if we weren't literally paying out of our paychecks every month for it, but we are - it's a service we pay for and the service is terrible lol

I have used/still using Clear Blue and it has been showing smiley face and peak several times. 😊 Yours might be out of date? Or sometimes if you do not start to test early as it says on the instruction, you won't get the right result. Good luck. 😊
The cheapest test from the dollar tree are the best.’my friend works at the obgyn and those are the same ones that they use.

I totally understand what you’re saying about restricting what you eat for nothing but feel good about the fact that you did the right thing and you’re doing everything you can to have a baby. It didn’t work for that cycle but you can keep trying. Imagine how you would feel if you didn’t eat right and then weren’t pregnant. You would feel like it could have been because sod that. At least this way you know you have done everything right. I know it can be discouraging but keep your chin up. ☺️

How many times for your IUI?
On which day of your cycle do you start testing with smiley face?
The first cycle I used them was my first IUI cycle and I started day 8 to make sure I didn’t miss it! I never got even a flashing smiley. It’s super interesting even when confirming with labs and ultrasound that I was indeed surging and the smiley still didn’t show!
