Good day, ka-scenarians! Another vlog...another travel back in time. And yes, Taal has been the center of trade since most of it's residents are sugar barons and land masters. Since 1572, Taal has been the melting pot of Spanish commerce and religious promenade. Did we know? Taaleños were easily befriended by Spanish magnates due to how fast they've learned to speak the language. Overcoming 42 major volcanic eruptions from 1572 to 1977, Taaleños are a symbol of Filipino resilience. One of the great Taal heroes, the Villavicencios even helped Dr. Jose Rizal in publishing his novels. The Villavicencio patriarch travelled to Hongkong and assisted Rizal to manage his clinic. Since 1591, Taal stood the test of time and it is a cultural treasure. Amazing vlog! 100%
Ang sarap magtravel back in time kapag nakikita ko yun mga lumang itsura ng bawat lugar especially manila thanks toyou and more power to you and your channel ...

Sir, suggest ancestral house of mr. Leo martinez located at balayan batangas, and also the ancestral house of jose rizal's brother, general paciano located at los banos laguna
Obviously culinary is not your strong area and perhaps its slso because you’re lack of knowledge in the subject. Tapa is equivalent to Beef Jerky. Tapang karne ng kalabaw o baka is supposed to beca little tougher than the usual meat the we are used to and it will no longer be called tapa if it would be as tender as the regular meat, otherwise bska Tocino na ang itatawag mo dito..,joke. You look quite slender and i could sense thst you’re a finicky eater. Just the same, I enjoyed this episode! I love this small town as it is very clean!
@@kaUA-camro Fern, I know I am older than you, but not too far; so, ‘wag mo na akong I-address as Sir… just call me Erick, like all my friends do. Btw, ‘yung parking building mo sa Escolta, the building beside it, ‘yung parang round shape, that was the most prominent structure during the 70’s, I was fascinated by the architectural design, or course I was young then, but I guess it was because it stood out from the rest; though I never knew what business they had there but I am guessing it was a bank . Just the same, thanks for your reply. Siguro, sa susunod na mag-order ks ng tapa it will remind you of me; he he he…take care!
Puro antigo gamit dun meron pa mga old religious statues at nakaayos pra i view meron p nga tamang daanan. Sayang dna pwede.
Taal Heritage Town is better than Vigan. The town is under rated. Mga houses, buildings and church especially the famous Butterfly knife and Barong are Filipiniana.
