  • We were riding in notch for speed and less work for deck crew, at locks, My first lock after departing Catoosa loaded. About one or two feet of water under boat made for tricky handling. Made the next ten, textbook.

    That is difficult answer.
The Gregory is like riding a bike for me. I have quite a few trips on that boat. I'm very familiar with boat and crew.
The Conway was like a new toy.
    Both have their positives.

They should put Teflon slides on the lock walls. Good job Capt. Kyle.

Great job Kyle. Anyone can do it when things are straightforward. But it takes skill and nerve when they're not. BTW Good talk in guy .

+Alan Hill it was definitely less than pretty. The mate was a good one for sure. He is a pilot now.
