That was great lessons for me, hanging onto dogs way too long. Buying pltr nearly two years ago, I made the best money I have ever made, I have sold 3/4 of my position on the way up. I bought Barrick in my wife's rrrsp. It's done nothing to speak of, little dividend. But Chris thinks pretty well, my thoughts on this market. I sold the house in 2015, refinancing twice. A 20 to 30 percent rug pull wouldn't surprise me if the yen surges past August high. The reason I think the move could be more violent this time compared to August is because Japan is looking to raise rates while US wants to lower them. Not to mention the momentum it will gain because internationally a rate cut environment is gaining momentum as deflation sets in.
Many viewers consistently diss CV. But if one pays attention more to what he actually does than what his longer-term view is, he seems to have done well. Nailed gold. But for brief periods when he was in cash/BIL, he has held his nose and stayed with S&P. Over time, he likely has outperformed those who diss him. MSTR RSI=39, uncompelling; looks to be in A-B-C bear-flag move. If plays out, could fall lots from now ... cover $280-290 gap from early Nov and continue down to ~$215. Would be a big "OUCH!" XLE shows bearish rising wedge starting ~2022 and more recently in 2H2024. Also, recent double-top. If crude oil breaks down as CV believes will, XLE could be in for big swoon.
If oil goes to $40 / barrel is very disinflationary so there would be no reason to cut interests much further and bonds could stay low for awhile. In the other hand low oil price is a sign for weak economy. Very hard to predict how the economy and stocks will perform in the next 2 years after this massive bull run since pos Covid but a brutal correction could happen in 2025.

Chris ignores the tax implications of his in-and-out approach and doesn’t discuss short term vs long term capital gains taxes
This guy lost all cred with me when he said he is bearish on gold but bullish on btc and hes buying it at ath.
He is gambling on btc not bullish on it, not long term anyway. Get in get out
The market is on the verge of disaster so he is bullish ....makes sense
Maybe one decade

Watch for bitcoin to drop to around 45-60k then the big market crash will happen. It's happening soon.

Downside to bitcoin is huge,it needs new buyers, high fees, quantum computing taking over it or down, somebody with 51 %of computers on the network changing everything in it including limit of 21 million,in my opinion its the biggest scam humanity ever knew!!!
More BS after BS!
Having to roll over your mortgage every five years. A recipe for problems. The boomers in America "at worst" a 3.00% 30year mortgage = no problems, no forced selling.

Bc has no future as money
I am almost sure at the end of 2023. Chris said that the markets are going to go down.
