Enjoy this walk around the biggest antique show in Southern Indiana! Held four times a year, the Collectors Carnival features seven barns and an events center filled with everything from Fenton Burmese to full-sized farm wheels. We'll see spooky Halloween blow-molds and a Krampus faced pitcher, find out what Pyrex set is worth $500 and discover the former slave who became Aunt Jemima. Today's video highlights the antique dealers at Princeton, Indiana's Toyota Events Center, who brought finds from as far as St. Louis and Phoenix to tantalize.

@theantiquenomad Thank you for coming to our show! What a great video as well :)
Thank you, I'll come again! It's fun and there was plenty to see. Please watch and spread the other video on the show I did, I really appreciate it!
George, thank you for your sharing these beautiful pieces for old people.
You are very welcome! I'm glad to say that lately, I'm seeing a lot more young people finding their way into antique and vintage shops...I think they're looking to be entertained with so much not open right now, and they're discovering this new (to them) realm
I think Katie would be interested in the beer cans. 😊
Omg George......what don't you know about. Not only are you incredibly knowledgeable but you're so well spoken. I'm so glad I found this from your "live" with Jeffery, Ashley, etc. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks again! BTW I found postcards, will message
I loved those barrister bookcases there at the end of the video. I sold mine years ago when I needed the money. I wish I had kept my favorite.
Always a treat George!
Thank you! I'm glad you're seeing things you like in my older videos. I hope to go back to this show when it restarts
What an awesome Santa
Great video George!
Hey, one of your Videos I haven't seen! Thank you for the tour and discussion of the thing u see.
Interesting history on the head vases.
I love head vases, they had an interesting evolution
Love your videos, they are very educational!!! 🙋🗽😷
Thank you! I hope you get to see them all
At last, I get to soak in the beauty of some Roseville pottery. So often I see the corner of a vase, but no one gives them full attention. Thank you, George. More, please.
Will do! I've been finding more lately
Great Information !
Thanks, Denise! More to come soon. Hope you’re subbed and can join us!
Another wonderful video! Your channel is incredible 🥰
Aww gee thanks for Subscribing and please tell your friends
You rock my friend 😎
Thank you for your appreciation! It helps when places have cool old stuff
What a great video. I'm from Indiana, and I love it when you show case Indiana antique hunting. I currently live in Florida.
That quilt (hanging up) is stunning. I have recently become quite obsessed with quilts and would love to find a skirt or pair of pants made from a vintage quilt
There's enough vintage quilts that are tattered that could reasonably be used to repurpose into clothing, yet I've not seen it done. You might be on to something! (Just leave the good ones intact please)
Tupperware was/is pricey bc of their guarantee and quality. Consider it an investment. I have a graduated set of six storage containers that I bought in the early '80s. I still use them and they work perfectly. Tupperware does color and style trends, but their basic storage containers will last your lifetime and then passed on.
They really are well done considering it was just plastic. My neighbor at Renningers Mt. Dora show sells a ton of Tupperware there
George you have lived through these transitions in antiques and collectibles over the years. We actually read and have retained information about eras, companies, people, and significant events and changes. I see You Tube resellers live at the mercy of a label or identifying marks. Their ability to look up recently sold listings has become credibility. A lot of them get defensive when us older ones try to be of help. I guess they think we are trying to expose the weaknesses in their “expertise”. Oh well.
Well, in fairness to them, I've made the same mistake on occasion, it's easy to want to rush through research and rely on someone else's opinion. But yes, having lived through the market change from real world to online has been quite an education! I always remind people that the expression, "Don't believe everything that you read" applies to the internet as well!
😊😊😊😊😊😊
👍🇨🇦🤗
George,
U need more subscribers!!!!
Cut ur hair and wear something memorable...How about a dark grey or black colored vest. A quicker intro with selling at the end.
You are consistently superior with your shared knowledge!!!
Please consider !!!!
Your friend,
JoAnn
Hi, JoAnn! I did finally get a hair trim, I've been reluctant to sit in a chair during these times. I've been talking about slimming down the intro as well, I think you're on to something. I want not to dilute the info or have people confuse the selling with the appraising, how about if I did separate selling videos?
Maybe call them something other than gal or gals. Many of us are not fond of that description.
