I got that ps portal case off ebay for £24 delivered, it's a nice case , ive just won a spigen case for my steam deck oled and a future purchase for the Rog Ally v2 , I'm impressed with the spigen case, it's a shame dbrand hasn't got in to the carry case game as their killswitch protective case for the steam deck is awesome peice of kit !! You need the spigen rubber protective cover with that case as it stops it moving around
Yes, Thank You. I was thinking about getting this but there were A lot of negative reviews on Amazon and I hesitated. Your video helped me decide and get it. I used your link to purchase, so hopefully you get credit for it, lol.
@@sbadette @manharsood . Just got mine in today and the Amazon reviews are correct about it not fitting snug in the case. My portal has no screen protector/ skin on it so maybe adding that may prevent it from moving more, but would not recommend carrying the portal naked in this case with anything else in it.
Yes the pulse explore earbuds do fit in the compartment underneath the Portal, however the earbuds do move around a bit during normal carrying movements
Is there any smell from the case? Bought a case recently and it had a horrible smell, also how is the fit? Is it secure enough to stop the portal from rocking around?
I forgot to mention, I did notice a strong chemical smell coming from the inside of the case...so I ended up putting 2 charcoal bags inside the case and letting it air out outside in the sun for a few days...The smell is gone now! As far as the fit is concerned, there is some wiggle room for the Portal to move around in, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. I have on a silicone case and my Portal only moves slightly from left to right if you physically push it. I think the Portal is ok and doesn't move around much during normal carrying movements. (could also be that the silicone case provides a little bit more friction and snugness)
@@LTunedX seems like Spigen thought ahead and made sure to add little wiggle room for people who were going to also use a protective case on their ps portal along with their carrying case. Seems like a feature and not bug.

Does the Pulse Explore fit in the area underneath the Portal?
Just got the case yesterday and yes, the pulse explorer fits in the compartment underneath where the Portal sits
