    2. to back out --> to decide not to do sth you promised to do, break a promise
    3. skill set --> the skills required for a job
    4. to move up --> to get promotions, to get better positions
    5. time sensitive --> must be done by a particular time, like a deadline
    6. on deadline --> fishing a job on time
    7. in the field --> in the profession
    8. to get into --> to start, to enter a field
    9. The supply is overwhelming (greater than) the demand

I am your new student online. I am learning English from your lectures. It’s not too complicated for me. When I was a child, I always escape from school very often. But now, I love to study with you. You are teaching me every single word. It’s very detailed. It makes me learn more. It’s not getting boring. Every subject you are teaching, I would like to know more. I would like to thank you very much. Now, my English has improved. Happy New Year.
    Sincerely,
    Mary M Noraseng

I can't get into this business until I do X, Y, Z, to see how things are going to be.
He has a good skill set to be qualified for getting the job.
Even though he is a new student, he seems to be strong at using grammar.
What does it mean to me, to do first X, Y, Z to see what is it like?.
He promised to pay for the damage, but he backed out on me at the last moment.
He said he had a few businesses lined up for the next month.
I asked him how did he get into the field, he said he had gotten into it by accident.🌹
