Great video. We were thinking about this set up for a small off grid cabin that we are building next year. After watching your video we now know this is the perfect set up for our needs.
Good video. Friend, I hav ordered all other pieces that you have and two more 3.5 inch pipes up. I overland and getting the hot ash discharge far above allows cooling embers from burning a little spots in my roof. Little spots.
John Schmidt Alright nice 👍🏾 hope you enjoy yours as much as I do, you plan on getting the accessories also? Dude you brought up everything I made and now I’m hungry...time for another video! Thank you again for the supportive comments...
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing. I really like the Winnerwell, I am just trying to figure out the best way to install a stove jack on my Springbar tent that doesn't leave a gaping hole in it that the bugs and or water can get in during the warmer months.... I have to say that IF I didn't want one before this demonstration, I sure would now, haha.
Ahhh Man, Now i have to go out and buy this outfit. I have to show the wife this video to talker her into it. Looks like it all tasted great, do a follow up on how it tasted. Thanks
Very nice setup - good to see the stove pipe oven getting hotter than the stove top one. It looks like to stove top one is a bit too wide for the medium version of the stove that you have - is it sized for the larger version ? Maybe that's why it doesn't heat up so much?
Just got one of these pipe ovens after watching this. Was wondering if you had issues with creosote and soot building up in the heat exchange area of the oven? How would you even be aware that its building up in there, and how would you clean it out? Seems like it could be a real big issue.
Very nice!! I bought that same wood stove last year and love it!! I am looking at getting the oven and water tank for the deer hunt in my new wall tent, i have a few questions, the ovens, if you were to do it all over and only could buy one oven, which one would you get? And the water tank, the only one i can find is one that sits on top of the stove, is that the same as yours or is your made for the side mounting.. Great channel, new sub
Jason Williams First off let me say thank you for watching, commenting and subscribing! I know you love that stove as much as we do lol, it gets fired up pretty often...and to answer the question about which oven I would solely purchase it would definitely be the fast fold oven that sits on top. Although the pipe oven gives you more space for cooking because it’s elevated.. it also gets pretty clogged between the double walls after extensive use and will choke out your fire 🔥...you don’t get the space inside either. I’d definitely say stick with the fast fold...and the water tank that attaches to the stove pipe also has notches on top for hanging it on the side of the oven and the water heats up pretty damn hot in both locations. Between the fast fold and the water tank you’ll be thoroughly pleased. Hope this helps your decision and best of luck on your deer hunt!💯
@@BIGZEKE thank you for your reply. I also have this stove and wanted the pipe oven. I thought the exact same thing about it clogging in the walls. I didnt see any special brush that would easily bend around those corners to clean it properly. It does look cool but not if it becomes a problem. I ended up going with the fast fold oven. Thanks for the videos.
Nice setup. Thank you for testing on winter weather :) Yum. How long after loading wood in did it take to get oven pre heated ? And can one use the wood stove as a oven also ?
What oven tends to work better for all around baking? Is there a difference in temp? Last question lol is the top oven made by Winnerwell? Glad u made all these vids on stove. Thanks a lot mark
Mark Simone Dude I’m glad they helped a little...watching others videos inspired me. And too answer your question I like the folding oven better than the pipe oven, the folding oven is larger and can be easily removed from the camp stove when not in use. They both hold heat very well and can get very hot...I’ve gotten them both over 450 easily. The one issue I have with the pipe stove is that the pipe directly above the oven fills with what looks like creosote, looks like at some point it’ll cut off the air flow and cause a smoking hazard. Maybe I’ll do an update video if that does happen. Hope this helps you and it didn’t ramble on too badly!lol...oh yeah and yes the top oven is a Winnerwell product.
Blake E I was just on their site. Ordered the medium one! The large has a window only if it’s the “nomad view” that’s what they said at least! thanks for the reply man!
@@joecraig9108 Yeah, I was on springbarcanvas.com and they just had the large with side glass. Saw today that Winnerwell's site has one with and without it in the large. I'm looking more toward the medium one too. Hope you it works well for you!
nice stove i have the smaller Winner Well version i also have the oven only did a first burn. and stop making you women so self conscience, poor thing must be a nervous wreck

I bought Mine today too... I'm not a millionaire so I have to buy the oven next time.
I also want this stove, what is the exact model, they have different stoves at Winnerwell?

11:27 no such thing as to much butter. Thanks for the video, it gives me the confidence in a good purchase, I can't wait
Thinking about putting this stove in our tiny home. Power often goes out here. Would this work well for emergencies in our 800 SQ ft home ?
A very cool video.
With the winnerwell (Med/small/large) size oven. (Very helpful when you're shopping for one, no one says the size ugh......I just went with the large.
Love it! Subscribed
Richard Hendrickson Thank you very much...absolutely appreciated!

Vito Labella Thank you 🙏🏾
thats a baad set up my man two ovens 🤠🤯🤤
What's the idea in two 0vens? If you were to buy just one which would you suggest?

Don’t shut the stove down too much with the oven in place. Keep the exhaust hot and the deposits shouldn’t build up

What size stove is this the medium or large ?
Medium. Large has a piece of glass on the ride side and this one doesn’t.
