Make a paste with the stock cube and some olive oil. Then we season our sauce with our paste. Much better than salt because the paste won’t wash of during the cooking.
What is bread sauce for? Like a gravy? Put it on meat bread what? This is a new thing for me. I am American we do not have this here. Please explain more than you did with the last guy. Thank you
Well breadsouce is similar to gravy , its served mostly with turkey (on top of it , just like gravy) or any other roasted or baked meat . I personally think that gravy is lot better and more versatille than bread souce . Bread sauce adds to meat moister and flavor .
Just when you think you've seen all of these... one more surfaces from the depths of youtube
I feel like I’ve discovered some thing. Who is this guy and why does everyone seem to know him but like not see his videos?
Almost like he cooked a million recipes for this shoot....
I would like to see a master class by him
I want a Lost Media page dedicated to finding and archiving all of Marco's Knorr videos. They seem to appear and disappear like rare world drops.
with this one I believe to have reached the end of stock pot videos, at least until the next one pops out of the abyss
Dood. You have no idea. I was thinking the same damn thing...!
Your choice really
Years ago there were so many more than nowadays. Have you seen pork chops with sage and apples on the grill outdoors?
Legend says 1 whole playlist of it in the afterlife
I expect eventually he’ll be telling us how to use Knorr stockpots in a traditional English breakfast.
0:57 The money shot
Something about your comment and seeing that soft jelly flop into the pot made me laugh hella hard lol
They say this video unlocks itself only to those who have watched all others
It's true, this is like the ending credits of the Marco Pierre White stockpot saga.
How did you know
This man is subconsciously instilling confidence in random people who watch these videos.
I really wish knorr would repost ALL of marco's videos. I love them soooo much
3am during pandemic watching this video... but its my choice, really
I could literally meditate to these videos

"Why chicken stock? Who asks such questions?"
@Red Dead Especially since it's Your Choice - Really...
"chicken" pauses as if that's enough
I'm here because I was watching Downton Abbey " Bread sauce"? wth is that? hehehe I will for sure try that :)
0:56 and so the stock pot is "ourseasoning"
Come on now! Whose choice is it????? All together now:
Does scalding the Milk mean Boil and reduce? Or just Boil?
Bring to a light boil. You don't want to boil milk for long periods.
Maybe he was saying "scald"?
@@patricklarry6645 thank you so much, I appreciate that
@@shot040 yeah I forgot how to spell it.
It means shouting at it and telling it that it's shit.
"And if you want to know why chicken stock..." -shakes head in absolute disbelief because he doesn't know why Knorr has sanctioned this either-
Bro wtf is bread sauce
You need black peppar in your bread sauce as well.

@Paul Thomas Johnson closest that i can think off is Romanesco which is bread-based but that's a tomato sauce.
"Don't make your sauce too wet !!" Damn, I always screw that up !
The fine art of bread sauce making
what's bread sauce used for and on?

On a chicken Sunday Roast in Britain, but i dont know a lot of people who have it.
If this makes an ideal Sunday lunch,
I'll skip eating on Sundays.
British food is very weird
You can use bread or no bread, to make the bread sauce. It’s your choice. There are no ingredients. It’s like the Matrix.
“....and if you want to know why chicken stock, it’s because I’m being payed to say it.”
Bread pan heat milk KnOr mmmm yes bread sauce
“WHERES THE LAMB SAUCE?!?!?”
Wrong chef.
Where is the cranberry sauce ???
The stock pot is insufficient in terms of seasoning so you should add 1.5 chicken stock pots or add extra salt.
Well it is a advert for the stock pot
Even if ichis it doesn’t matter.
This is the first and only time I've seen someone putting onion in milk 😬🤢
You never made a milk based sauce and added garlic or onion to it?
These must be the equivalent of selling your soul to the devil for professional chefs
