Whenever they're asked how they maintain their health they always say that sleeping enough is their top priority. They also eat however they want during promotions because they know they'll burn right through it with how much energy they have and their company doesn't seem to push the "diet" agenda harshly on them. I think their company has grown to trust them as employees and entertainers which has, in turn, helped the members confidence grow and raised their level of performance to such a high tier! The original B.E.G. Abracadabra MV is one of the all-time greats. Gain writhing all over the floor while Miryo looks dead into the camera and smirks at you because she knows what you're thinking...
I think they get enough rest. When they don't do anything, they get bored and restless even during promotions. That's why they started to film all those self-made MV's. They got super bored waiting for their performance so they just shoot random stuff they can think of while waiting. Also, from videos and clips here and there, the company knows that they have very hard hitting and very tiring choreo which is why they don't limit snd control their diets. This can be kind of, sort of supported with Gahyeon's weight journey when she was "above Korean standards" (not saying anything bad about her weight at all. She was gorgeous then as she is now) and the reason why she lost weight over the past year or two is because of her own decision and not the company's. The members also support her decision in doing so and from their own words "as long as it's in a healthy way otherwise they would stop her." So, yeah, I think Dreamcatcher is in good hands
From what they've said they tend to get restless if they aren't promoting or doing something and get bored easily. Even the more self proclaimed lazy members like Siyeon and Dami are constantly in the studio. So far the only time I have seen Siyeon and Yoohyeon actually say that they were exhausted and wanted to sleep was in the Play your color behind the scenes for Wind Blows. Brown Eyed Girls are iconic tbh, you should check out their Kill Bill if you haven't already.

The original choreo is actually a lot worse than this, and the original group weren't allowed or either had to tone it down for live performances. They really are the queens of these things, though. For their early stuff, they were still kinda figuring out their style, but by maybe Piri (IMO) is when they became the masters at these, not just for their synchronization, but for all the extra flair they add in the background while others are in the front. The Wind Blows/Scream versions are also great ones you should check out!
Yeah, you really have to watch DC relays multiple times to catch everything; if you only focus on the person at the front, you miss so much other stuff going on in the background, from the extra touches they put in (fanning out for two or three dancers to take the stage etc), to the other members goofing off behind them! 😂

They actually practice these things a _lot;_ they've been a few times where we've seen them practicing relays while they're waiting around at music shows... Regarding rest, these are the girls who do things like producing a 2-part parody of a drama, including shopping for faithful costumes, hand-drawing props and recording their own copyright-dodging vocal soundtrack _because SuA was bored one day._ She asked Siyeon (the first person she saw after having the idea) if she wanted in ("Yeah, alright..."), and soon everyone was involved! 😂 (Insomnicsy's summary of the behind-the-scenes story: ua-cam.com/video/Odv9D47LJT0/v-deo.html ) As DeeKay says, a good deal of the extra content are their own ideas...
I watch a loooooooooooot of Relay dances because I like this but Dreamcatcher are sooooooo amazing. They don't just take their turn one by one. Nononono, their transitions and what is going in the back are so entertaining and powerful. Personally, the only other groups that are as nice to watch as DC are ATEEZ and Stray Kids which are both boy groups. Again, I also enjoy other group relay dances but DC has the extra cherry on top. I would definitely recommend checking out Brown Eyed Girls. They were known for their vocal talent and mature concepts (even having some choreos like Abracadabra and Gain's Paradise Lost censored on shows). People often call them Mamamoo's big sisters. I would recommend Kill Bill, Sixth Sense, and Wonder Woman (their most recent cb in 2019).

JiU and SuA did a vocal and dance cover of Switch to Me and it's already legendary. It's exactly what you would expect and I want more already.
