Price dictates coverage ultimately.. if they won’t pay for the time to disassemble they need to make a concession that there will be some visible original colour
Not a fan of the flat black on raptors just cause I feel the black plastic pieces blend in and thats what makes a raptor in my opinion. Its still a great job.
@David. CK Wraps did that fender in one piece using Avery Satin Black if i remembered correctly. 2nd car with same fender. You might wanna check his channel if you have time. Might have something new to learn you know.
@@PremiumAutoStyling Yepp. Thank you for the reply. I can only say from what i watched. I haven't wrap Ford Raptor before. I mean i dont think there's even one in my country. haahahaaa. But yeah it really can goes either way.
We’re pretty selective with what projects we bring into the shop, typically customers looking for half ass work are not willing to pay what we’re going to ask anyway so In this case we have a few shop that’s we will recommend to them.
How is not releasing the bed is not the right way ? Just because you decided to charge probably an extra 500-1000 or more and take the liability of moving the bed and the other shop didnt doesn’t make them wrong and doesn’t make you right just everyone does things differently
I’m not critiquing how anyone makes their money, as long as you’re making your customers happy it doesn’t matter what I say or anyone else does. When a truck gets wrapped at our shop, we remove the bed.
David reminds me exactly of my friend. Same look and voice. Google Frankie Martinez salsa dancer. watch a video of him talking and you guys are exactly alike. lol BTW love your videos..
I agree....I been 14 years in wrapping and I'm solo.....disassemble and prep ....1000% most important....
This is my second time doing a van like that where I av to remove the bed,so this the very impressive 👏
Nice work as always. Btw That headlight area didn't need an inlay. Christian @CK Wraps killed it one piece little to no failure rate using Avery.
Thanks!! 100% doable one piece, should it be done one piece? Questionable. Our goal is longevity especially when the seam is near invisible

Agreed!
Anything can be full coverage as long as the money 💰 is full too

100% 👍👍👍
What’s a rough estimate for a matte white on a 2019 ford raptor?

Thanks for the support! Would love to visit India one day soon
How much should a wrap like this for a raptor cost today?
Loving the wrap

This fender is 100% doable in one piece (we’ve done them both ways) but the risk of wrap failure does go way up. We give our advice from experience.

how much did that wrap cost the customer?
So what if a customer with a truck says he doesn't want the bed removed and you can put the wrap half ass.

@@PremiumAutoStyling lol I agree no reason to spoil you name and that s where they might get worst car wraps since they don't want to pay.
Hi guys is wrapping a pickup truck more difficult than say wrapping a range rover. I love the show all the way from Chicago.
Range Rovers are pretty straight forward it’s G-Wagons you gotta worry about 🤣

@@PremiumAutoStyling I hope you replace the bed bolts as they are one time use only.
Why Ford doesn’t offer a satin black option from the factory blows my mind
