    Ingredients:
    4 Ripe bananas
    1/3 cup (40g) tablespoons Cocoa powder
    2/3 cup (167g) Peanut butter
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, letting the paper hang over two sides. Set aside.
    2. In a food processor, place bananas and process until smooth (you also can make this without a food processor by mashing banana with a potato masher). When smooth add cocoa powder, peanut butter and blend until smooth. At this stage you also can add sweetener.
    3. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares.

      Keep in mind that this dessert is not so sweet and kids may not like it. So you can adjust the recipe by adding some sweetener and make it "kids friendly" 😊

      You can add any sweetener that you like, such as white/brown sugar or for healthier sweetner: honey/maple syrup/agave/Stevie.
      How much is depend on you really. I think 2-3 tablespoons is enough.

      Is it the same type of sugar as the one in prepackaged table sugar ?
      Do store bought brownies have more or less sugar than the sugar in bananas used to make a brownie of the same weight?

    • @neginf9818
      @neginf9818 Рік тому +24

      Fruit sugar. Fruit sugar is not the same thing as table sugar, cane sugar, etc. I'm sorry, but this is a brownie recipe. Who gives a crap about the bananas having natural fruit sugar? If that's a problem to you, don't eat any fruit, don't have most breads, don't have anything that has sugar in it. Why watch a brownie video and comment about the bananas? I'm pretty sure a banana here and there won't kill you, and this is dessert. Brownies are always chocked up full of white sugar, which is much much worse than bananas.

      Fructose and sucrose are not the same kind of sugar.

    • @neginf9818
      @neginf9818 Рік тому +8

      @moeazam6358 Please do your own research and you'll find how the sugar levels in fruit is not at all the same as white sugar, table sugar, can sugar, etc. Fruits are very good for the body. But it's each person's choice what they believe.
