soy de colombia y a mi me funciono. los pasos son los siguientes
descargar la room del su celular dependiendo la referencia y flachean su celular con odin, lo que hace esta room es devolvel el dispositivo a android 6 luego se formatea el dispositivo mediante el recovery, luego se configura normal y se abre la plicacion realtern y sigen los pasos del video
ayudar un con el conocimiento es gratificante

@@martinp.3443 I don't think Windows cannot recognize a Samsung or any other brand cellphone does anything with having a sim card inserted into your mobile phone. That's, your cellphone should be recognised by Windows even if there is no SIM card inserted.
