:-) I'll let her know! It's funny to me how when she had recently played Classic and she tried retail about three years ago she hated the graphics, but she's enjoy the scenery this time around.
I watched her on twitch and it was frustrating, not going to lie. You told her several times she only had that one ability while her screen was flashing over and over to click it to get more abilities. The tutorial literally all you have to do is read what the screen tells you to do. haha
Totally. Pretty sure I was running around with just Tiger Palm for most of that time, too. 🫤 I definitely bear responsibility for not paying enough attn. I also feel like Blizzard has trained me to ignore a lot of default UI stuff. I didn’t know you could Shift+Click to untrack from the tracker till somebody in chat mentioned it to Anetty the other day. Could be that the game told me that at some point, but it would be awesome to have a middle of screen pop-up to remind you if you haven’t untracked a quest in say the last year. The last time I did Exile’s reach before this the pop-up telling me to equip new equipment wouldn’t go away even after I’d equipped the new gear and sold all the old gear. Hopefully I’ll get better at paying attention! And I also hope Blizzard reworks the new player experience. Some of this stuff should basically pause the game, like PoE2 does with getting you to use flasks, and not resume until you’ve taken the appropriate actions. I won’t push my luck hoping for Lorewalker Cho guiding people on a quest chain through the main story points from each expansion to take people from 10-Current Expac. 🤣
@@WoWFamilyTime Yeah I hear ya. That glitch with the equipment happened to me too. I think I had it stop by just unequipping then reequipping the item. As far as all the other stuff with the tutorial it literally tells you what to do. I noticed she asked you several times what to do when all she had to do was read the screen. I guess she must've felt overwhelmed and not sure of herself so she looked to you for the answers. It'll be interesting if you can get your kids and her all playing. I'm not sure if they'll have the patience for it. I'd think they'd abandon her like Anetty was going to do to you, haha. Kids don't usually have the patience like adults. :)
