The Snader films were primarily designed to be played by local TV stations as "filler", or as part of homegrown variety shows. Beginning in 1952, DJ Bob Horn, of WFIL in Philadelphia, used "Telescriptions" during his program of local teenage kids dancing to recorded music- "BANDSTAND". By 1956, Dick Clark replaced Horn, and stayed with the show when it began appearing on ABC as "AMERICAN BANDSTAND" in August 1957.
Fabulous song old boy!
This is my new favorite song. Love this music. Feels good.
With voices and harmony like this, the words don’t matter ☺️
Nobody makes fun music like this anymore!

American Bandstand was the greatest music show on Saturday afternoon.
Love it, is Buddy Cole playing piano?
I’m sure it is!
