    the man with Blue Pants is Agripina
    Former Indonesian National Team.
    He was paired with Marcus Gideon before the Minion Era.
    His father is coach Sigit Pamungkas who once coached the National Team and succeeded in helping Hendra Setiawan & Markis Kido win the gold medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

    He was not just to make it looks fancy, he is the real deal. He is Agrippina, one of the best professional players from Indonesia, former Marcus Gideon's partner. Yes, Marcus Gideon who was the world's number one.

    • @foolsgold3576
      @foolsgold3576 Рік тому +12

      @Brian Christopher Bulawan He can enjoy the game all he wants and that’s not even relevant. I’m just disgusted by how you Indonesians always like to give undeserving credits just like in this case. The OP tried to give credit to Agripinna for Gideon’s title as former world number one. If the Indo team sees Agripinna and Gideon pair as having the potential to be world number one, they will never separate them, the fact that they did and that Agripinna is no longer playing competitively means something. Be informative, not misleading.

      @@foolsgold3576 That's taking it a little far, I don't think anyone's saying that. The fact he even partnered a world number 1 partner is enough of a credential. It's like being signed to Manchester United in football- even if you never actually play for the first team, the fact you were even in consideration puts you above 99.9% of people to ever play. 99.9% of badminton players would never be in the conversation to partner Gideon. This guy is clearly a star player just having a bit of fun, no one is saying he's actually better than current top ranked players.

      @platfarmer8808 Рік тому +7

      @@dysfunctionaldave I think you guys are the ones taking it too far, not I. If he hasn't proven himself, he hasn't proven himself. Simple as that. You cannot say that he is world number 1 level just because he partnered Gideon before, because he hasn't proven that. That's all I'm saying. The OP should stop at "former Gideon's partner" and not go on to say "world number one" because that will be misleading.

    Some of your videos are sped up including the other Agrippina one. It spoils the video especially when the players make a fast play because the shuttle and body movement looks wrong.
    Try watching this at around 0.96x speed. Much better.
    For comparison check out other 60 fps low/nice angle videos of pro doubles. This is noticeably faster and unnatural compared to them.

    Blue shorts guy ok he is a former national player, but not a successful one. I think e of the reasons is the way he play. Wasted energy for unnecessary deceptions. If he plays against some pairs with good defense like from Japan or Korean he wouldn’t be able to play game three. In Thailand we also have a pair with very fancy move sets, but the most successful moment of them is to be a play of the day from bwf.
