Iv been feeling oddly tired, drained. Decided to take a a week off work and to relax and focus more on the spiritual side of things. I love the shamanic work and teachings. I worked in this arena then feel very ill. It took me about two and a half years to work through the illness to complete healing. Hello Mr. Reidel, I'm on your waiting list for classes and watch your videos all the time. Yesterday, I felt as if my entire being just stopped. I couldnt do anything all day and I felt very down about everything eventhough I'm not a depressed person and have so much to be grateful.for and to live for. The pain in my chest and sadness was overwhelming. There was also anger. I don't know what happened. I felt stopped in my tracks. Today I'm feeling better but some of that energy from yesterday is lingering. Eagerly on your waiting list and will continue to watch your videos.
Energy depends on what you eat, and which of their multifaceted parts affect your mind and your feelings and thoughts. As a general rule, the mind and energy in the body are quite ordinary, without any major wonder at all. Very small example: today when getting out of my car I found a $1 coin. I said “ thank you! “ and went into the store. When I came out to my car to leave, there was a $2 & $1 coin in the same place. I am truly grateful for that, but I’m confused as to exactly it’s trying to tell me?! I’m not having “ visions “ and things like that anymore, but other signs and synchronicities. The evolution of the human is to ultimately live in peace joy and love. When I was a 4yr old I can remember looking directly at my childhood friend and saying to her, let's speak in our minds, can you speak with your mind without speaking, she looked at me confused. I believe we are all telepathic we just need the intention.

Wow… your descriptions of symptoms and the process is sooooo SPOT ON…! It is invaluable to be educated on the ascension process, as the day to day learning is difficult at times, but I am also learning to stay present and listen, as I am being guided and I can now feel it, and the synchronicities I am experiencing are so welcome!!! Dear Ralph, thank you once again for your wonderful teachings! I always look forward to hearing your discussions and views. I am, currently, in a space where I am aware that I’m being guided, but at present, it’s not terribly “clear” to me how. I feel a bit like a blind man with a white cane! Very small example: today when getting out of my car I found a $1 coin. I said “ thank you! “ and went into the store. When I came out to my car to leave, there was a $2 & $1 coin in the same place. I am truly grateful for that, but I’m confused as to exactly it’s trying to tell me?! I’m not having “ visions “ and things like that anymore, but other signs and synchronicities. In some ways it feels like I’ve gone backwards a little, although I’m aware that things are simply meant to be different now! Reading back through this message, I’ve realised that I have to let go, and let Spirit do as is needed within me. Anyway, thank you again, and I look forward to hearing your next message! I love and visited Peru and Machu Picchu in the Andes on The 9/11 Event, only plane to leave the ground from Miami and I haven’t been the same since! The Incas are my Tribe. The Shaman was & is amazing in Rituals and showing our small group the inner workings of the Soul. We. Connected from the start. We were given permission to be at the very sacred Top @6am to welcome the Sunrise. I was asked to stand at the point of the 11 others who formed a pyramid! There was not a breeze in the air, silent and otherworldly. I was astonished as I stood at the point, seeing the Majestic Andes and suddenly felt a very light touch come over my outstretched right arm & hand, then move ever so lightly across my shoulders then out my left outstretched arm & hand. It was unmistakable and glorious, a feeling of leaving, then the entering of some thing. After the ceremony, the Shaman approached me and asked; What did you experience?
I was stunned & said How do you know?
Amaru smiled & replied, you had a Spirit leave, one of two & another arrived in its place. Made perfect sense.
I was so excited and a bit confused as to why me? He said, accept the gift of being chosen. I’ve never been the same. Most Exhilarating experience I’ve ever had! We are all in search of the next bigger attractions in a spiritual way
And we sit on a big dome of cheese and then we are attracted to a different and more suitable dome of cheese
Of course all in the spiritual sense
And thinking that we are separate from the rest of humanity and other intelligent beings is a mistake because the nature never operates in that way .
We as a collective can change our paradigm
Individually we might have a small part of the essence of the big cheese but only a small part of it .
