Akita puppies: 40 days

Just short of 6 weeks old and growing every day. They love to play, and play hard until they crash. They love people and mob your ankles and bite pants legs. They like to be held and cuddled but, typical Akitas, only for a little while before they want down. They still want to nurse but mom's cutting them off, I'm sure those sharp little teeth don't feel too good.

7 years old now, we kept 2, one is 110 pounds and has protected me from one bear attack.
