How to Replace the burned Alternator on 2009 Range Rover 4.2L V8 Supercharged Land Rover L322

What happen here was, the positive wire was burned because whoever fixed this car prior me. They installed the alternator connector backwards. the connector was forced in even though it only goes one way.
luckily, northing else was affected by its burn

What gauge abd size temp eyelet connector is that? Did you crimp it or weld the eyelet connector?

I just crimped it . It’s either 4 or 2
