Hi. To the people asking why he didnt go for the defect in the armor, Maximus notes that Titus went for the tempered lining in the suit, something lucy also notes a couple episodes later.
Its was pretty brief snd brushed over both times. But its there

He also didn't have armour piercing rounds until the final shootout. We can see the shape of the bullets that are fired and that are loaded, and they're rounded. They have a tapered shape in the final episode.
