I have a Geeetech A10M, and when mixing colors it is quite good. But if you print a two color model it is very difficult to get a clean separation between the two colors even with an extremely large prime tower.
Based on one of your previous videos I have bought the Hictop D3 Hero idex printer. It is much better than the A10M for color separation.
Best print in this bunch would have to be baby Yoda. As for using a multicolor single extruder setup. I'm too much of a stickler for not wasting material to allow the existance of a waste block. Hell I'm currently developping a new modular support methods for prints to avoid having to print an entire support structure every time

I use simplify3d and to save time and filament on models like the 2 color castle I find the height when the prime pillar is not needed. I then add a new process and turn off the prime pillar and raft or skirt then go into advanced and tell it to start printing at the height the prime pillar finishes then select advanced in the 2 color process and tell it to stop printing at that same height it will then stop printing the prime pillar saving a lot of time and plastic.
I love those christmas trees. I printed a load and put neopixels inside them with an esp32. Controlled them all from my phone using the WLED app. Very effective. Also I noticed you printed them on your Monoprice. I have the mini delta and it's always been my most reliable printer . Great video once again 😀

@@WildRoseBuilds the mini delta is a very quick and precise machine. Last time I looked they were around £100 new

That’s a solid lineup! What slicer do you use for your a20m?
@@WildRoseBuilds I use cura 4.4 at the moment. I've upgraded the cooling system on it and that's about it. It's pretty solid. Do you have a different recommendation about a slicer?

In some of your videos you show a clock which gives a indication of the lenght of time for the prints. Could you either in the description or maybe as a text in the video show the hours and minutes for each print you do?

I don't understand why you're often getting branches shooting of your models. What's causing it? I printed the same and barely had to clean up anything.

Cool video, but it just seems that people with 3D printers print a lot of useless crap - toys and knick-knacks, etc. But I'm sure you all have fun, so more power to you!

2:12 Holy crap, that is sooooo much wasted filament on the purge block.
And he didn't even need it! It could've been easily designed to be two pieces or just changed the filament halfway through
@@Xenthera That's a very good point. There should really be an option to just have the printer movie the nozzle out of the way and extrude for a few seconds. Yeah there will be a spaghetti mess, but it wouldn't waste the filament nearly as much.
