"Team" rankings in PG are a fool's errand. PG exists solely to give player comparisons not team comparisons. It says so right on their front page. It's a "Scouting Service". What this is about is "advertising" the PG feeder farms. I watch a lot of , now 11U, promo tournaments and have seen exactly one kid who I thought would be in the same conversation as my grandson from the mound. And a lot of guys you wonder whether they're 12 year old hold overs from summer ball.
