I have a Nova G7 chuck. It’s low cost, light weight small chuck. Ok to hold smaller project. But the insert (threaded on) may loose. A little annoyance to use. The Oneway stronghold can hold big projects. But change jaws took a while. The jaws are numbered. Not convenient to do when encountered. Another Easy wood chuck is the most used chuck I have owned. Changing the jaws only took a few seconds. The insert is fixed( sealed not interchangeable). Jaws are not numbered. Very versatile and expensive.

Please tell me how you tapped for the set screw...did you have to disassemble the whole chuck?

Nice video; any thoughts on step jaws? Do they require "stepped tenons"? They seem like they limit the possible tenon height if used with a single-step tenon.
