No joke ive been waiting to drink mine. I get stoked over German bier. Its unlike any other. German bier is simply the best and worth the extra money. Its an affordable luxury. Like wine but even more complex! Lol i take pictures of my beer too and me and another beer reviewer became good freinds and we talk beer on the phone and send eachother pics cuz we both drink German brews mainly.

It isn't a summertime beer, however, i get how you would think that. These Oktoberfest beers are fall beers. Summertime in general kinda sucks for drinking beer cuz its a slim variety that fit the heat. they just get released early. Mid November is like right before winter. But tomato tomatto. Beer is just better in the colder months. My buddy from Dessert Drinkers beer reviews is calling me in a bit to talk beer. Bro join us in virtual drinking and sending beer pics. You would fit right in. Him and i are drinking tonight and tommorow cuz its the last day of Oktoberfest. Him and i are both German blooded so we kno our stuff lol. Also your gonna trip. This is Hofbraus Marzen!!! The festbier is completely different. This one is their Marzen. Thats impressive af. Close your eyes and youll think its darker.
I like drinking the paler festbiers like Hofbrau, Weihenstephaner and Paulaner on sunnier warmer days. I can usually find them in stores late July - mid August. I'll drink the darker Marzen style beers later in Fall around late September - November. And during the Christmas season and the rest of winter I drink Stouts & porters! lol Cheers!
This is my first year with this, as well. I see no dates on the bottle, and i am guessing my bottles are this years. It is tasting great. L 165V 12:21 is what mine says on the bottle.

I bought some more Hofbräu Oktoberfest biers after this video and they taste similar to the ones in this video! definitely a great tasting beer with complex and pretty strong flavors. I’ve recently tried the Erdinger Oktoberfest and that ones is reeeaaally smooth lol cheers 🍻 and thanks for watching
Got a 6 of Hofbrau Oktoberfestbier which is easily up there w Weinstephaner. Paulaner 3rd. Also i always get a couple adam Adams Octoberfest beers because it is easily the best American marzen. Sam Adams won a gold metal at Oktoberfest in 2014 for the worlds best Marzen.i always get a 12 of Sams Octoberfest and then i stock up on festbier. I have a Paulaner stein but i only put Paulaner in it but i also have a .5 liter stein like you but the bottle doesnt fill it up. So i have a heavy mug that is a pint so one beer will fill it. Too many options!! Ive been watching reviews and videos and i almost dont wanna dronk the 6 pack because im so happy i got it! But i disagree abt the Paulaner, i cant taste alcohol at all its just a stronger flavor profile but take nothing from it they are all easy to drink. Its fall bier. BevMo is horrible, i go Total Wine
Cheers to that 🍻 The Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier is a very complex beer! it’s got spice, sweetness, happiness and a bitter but delicious finish! I truly love it! I’d go with Paulaner Fest Bier second (6% abv). To me it has light notes of honey and lemon but kinda falls flat in the after taste. For some reason the Weihenstephaner Fest Bier was a bit too sweet. maybe it’s the batch they made this year but I drank some over the past few months and didn’t like how sweet it was. definitely refreshing but I’d def choose Hofbräu over Any other at this moment. oh, and Hacker Pschorr Marzen Oktoberfestbier is great on a rainy day!! cheers 🍻
