Routing thru the firewall is only needed for the fog light , all the wiring needed for the DRL is in the hood. Also to go thrubthe firewall it’s the usually garment on the firewall that end up coming out by the pedal area

Quick question again. I was interested in adding those door Toyota logo lights but when I opened my doors there appears to be some red reflector on the bottom of the front doors and nothing in the rear doors. Is my Camry not compatible with those lights? I have a 2020 SE.

Since they’re LED headlights there’s no turn signal bulb. There’s a harness with cables going to the headlights but I’m not sure which wire controls the turn signals. Thanks for the quick response man
Trying my best brother , I know a company called distant extreme that has connectors like the ones you mentions. I have a SE so I know where it is. Most likely you have a XSE AND it’s probably one plug in and that’s it . You will have to follow up with the company

Any updates on this? I was just told by a relative that my light was on while the car was off but then the light turned itself off. I’m wondering if I need to take the car back to the shop that installed them. Or if it shouldn’t mess with the battery in the long run and isn’t something to worry about.
@@jesusagosto6592 has it drain your battery? I just installed them & saw they were one when I came outside lol what I did is just left the switch on off & not on auto (like for the lights to turn on when it starts to get dark u know ) hopefully that works . Let me know
normally mine will jump on for about 20 to 30 seconds by themselves. But the other night they stayed on for about 3 to 5 minutes but the battery was ok.
Can your DRLs turn blue? On the ad for the lights I got on eBay it shows blue lights on one picture but I can’t figure out how to make mine blue. I had a shop install them and they look really nice but I can’t change the color to blue.

However, mine did have both, but I guess the installer didn’t install the blue wire/light since he tested it before installing the lights to my car and said it was pretty bright blue and that I would most likely get pulled over if he installed them. He said I can always come back if I really want them installed but I think I’ll be fine without them since it would be a waste of money just to have it installed for show since I can’t drive with them on. Looks like I’ll stick with the white DRLs unless I really want to show off the blue lights to friends and family lol

Hey I just installed some drl and fog lights on a Camry and now the taillights don’t come on when the car is on but the turn signal brake lights and reverse lights still work any suggestions?
@@whatitdo5535 I did the same thing. I was using just the white led. I found out where to connect the blue wire but blue led took over white led so I disconnect the blue wire now back to white. If someone know how connect the blue wire n change from blue to white n white to blue please let me know. Take care everyone.

Nope doesn’t mess up the battery at all , it’s a system check the vehicle does

I’m not sure what you did ? Usually the tails are on a seprate fuse unless you touched that. Maybe check if the tails fuse is blown?

I removed the bumper to swap out the stock SE GRILLE to XSE Grille , but it is 100% removing the bumper for the DRL and fogs

Underneath cover need to remove... no need to remove bumper. Use a couple of ramp to be safe.
