2:25. I remember seeing that type of washing machine in my grandma’s house when I was little.

I still use a washboard and wringer to wash my clothes. I can say this, my clothes last longer and smell fresh longer. I still start with less soiled under garments, then move on to the gentley worn outer garments and the on to the work wear. I reuse the wash water, saving on having to change water in-between loads. To help free my clothes from suds that might be trapped in the fibers, I use salt and white vinegar to eliminate the suds so my clothes do not sour when hung out to dry. Denim is the hardest to wash and run through the wringer. The buttons are a pain. But with a little care and ingenuity, I've got it licked.
